Piwko Frederick J MD - Lockport Eric Hill: This is a franchise like McDonalds… take your number and they’ll call you when they’re ready SMH pathetic way to do medicine and I just see it as a way for second rate doctors to operate… I’ll never go here again!
I will say the doctor is nice… I would love for him to be my doctor but I’m not down with franchised medicine… receptionist rarely answers the phone you mostly just get forwarded to the franchised medicine voicemail… I want to be a patient, not a number in line with multiple text messages sent to me while I’m in the waiting room…
Some advice to the DR… find nice receptionists that actually talks to patients and aren’t rude… and ditch the franchise… Mc Donald’s already has that covered.
Ann Wands, DO - Lockport Amber Wing: Dr. Wands is great! She listens to you, like actually spends time with you and try’s to get to know you and understand what you’re going through before she slaps a diagnosis on you or write a script for meds. I greatly appreciate not being treated like another number even when Buffalo medical group is such a large establishment. Her office is nice and clean, great staff and it is not far away from the thruway and I’m in and out! It’s nice to know there are still great doctors out there who listen. If you’re looking for a primary doc. Definitely check her and her team out.
Lockport Primary Care - Som Medical - Lockport Siobhan Jones: This was my first visit, and I was very pleased with the practice. The whole atmosphere was calm/calming. The staff is professional, orderly, friendly, without that over the top, perkiness which can sound like youre being spoken to at toddler level.
Thorough in questions, and listened fully while I answered. No doom, and gloom, and the what could happens, just because I have some things that need attention.
I was impressed that the nurse practitioner was willing to do some extra research into possible alternative prescription compounds, if prescription is called for, in order to accommodate a corn allergy.
I really appreciate that there was absolutely no pushing, not even any questions about getting any sort of vaccine, yearly shot, etc.
Very glad they were recommended to me!

Madejski, MD - Lockport Jonathan Thomas: This place is so incredibly slow, Im here with my Fiancé and weve been here for a little over an hour and a half and her doctor still isnt here yet. What we thought was an easy check up and scans turned out to be her having to work overnight then having a appointment first thing after work and she still hasnt slept at all. Im sitting next to her while she dosing off because they are taking forever.
Also not to mention, the nurses or whoever do the probe examination arent careful and are not respecting of their patients, what ever happened to the saying "let me know if this hurts"
