They close before their official business hours and a paying customer shouldnt have to even ask for them to stay open to their publicized hours so I can pick up my car - especially when the customer has to call to see if its ready.
Im obviously annoyed BUT they did do what I came into do. If you want a place that requires a little more from you in terms of service but is reliable...then go for it. If not, go to more mainstream/retail place.
