They are above reproach and will not tell you that a part needs to be replaced when it doesnt. Honesty, something that is lacking in todays business operations.

1 /5 NEusername: I was warned about the work ethics but I didnt listen. I cant help but think the good reviews here are mostly, if not all, fake when so many people in town say the same if you ask them in person. Youll definitely need a rental for a long time if you plan on waiting for them to fix your cars issues. Youll be taking it back multiple times for the same UNTOUCHED issues. This is everyones story, including mine, so for the life of me I have no idea how theyve been in business for so long in such a small town. I havent heard different from anyone in person.

5 /5 Joseph Palmiotto: Always great service. If there is a problem, Frank will take care of it. I have been going here over 15 years and always got great service. Sharon who sets up the appointments gets you in as soon as possible, and keeps you informed about whats going on with your vehicle. She is very sweet, and takes the stress out of the situation. This is just a good honest shop, that does good work.

Lisa S. Tombari: After hitting a huge pothole on Route 104 in Medina, I ended up with a flat tire. My "run-flat" tire had a hole blown in the side and was not drivable. I didnt have a spare so I had to call AAA. Will from A & M Transmissions was dispatched and was at my car loading it on a flat-bed within an hour from the initial call into AAA. Will was very helpful and courteous. From the call from Tony letting me know that Will was on his way and would be to me in less than 30 minutes (which he was), to the loading of my car on the flat-bed, they made a bad situation less annoying and frustrating. Based on the service I received, I would highly recommend A & M.

Mariah Docteur: My sister got in an accident last night. These guys came out to tow her vehicle didn’t bother to try to use her AAA that she pays for. She didn’t have insurance on her car so she couldnt claim it on that. They refused to get reimbursed by AAA(they are a AAA provider), refused to tow it to another location, and didn’t work on price with us at all. Wouldn’t even write up a breakdown receipt of the charges so we could get our money back from AAA. Very horrible customer service. Sat there telling her how she should learn to maintain her vehicle and everything else. Very unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend them at all!! Go somewhere else!!

Steven Dutcher: 2023 GMC Sierra - Engine Replacement with less than 25,000 miles My experience with Bidleman Service department was one of the worst I have ever had when needing service completed on my GM vehicle. The customer service I received from the service department was so disappointing. I constantly had to call to get updates on my vehicle only to be told their service techs had to be pulled off my vehicle to work on other things, the service manager I interacted with was incredibly unprofessional with how he spoke to me and handled this service and to top it off when I finally got the call to pick up my truck, after almost 2 months of waiting for it, the truck was not given back to me in good condition. My steering wheel wasn’t in alignment, they had broke a clip to hold a wire harness that connected to the engine and decided that zip tying it the broken clip would be a good idea, my front plastic body piece under the grill was not installed correctly after the work and I had paint chips on my driver side door from a tech opening my door into a lift when they were servicing it. Safe to say I will never return to Bidlemans when I need any kind of service work completed on my vehicles or when I am in the market for a new vehicle.
