5 /5 Linda Ark: It is rare to have a good experience for any service rendered today. However, a good experience is what I have every time when dealing with John at Automotive Solutions. The latest work was body work to the two front fenders. My vehicle looks absolutely awesome. In addition, they went the extra mile and clean the inside of my vehicle including the floor mats. It smelled so good. Thank you, John, and to your employees.

1 /5 Juan Santiago: Took my truck in for an alignment after getting a tie rod replaced, got my truck back and it drove fine for a little bit but then i noticed that it was still pulling to the right as i drove down the street I then noticed that the inside thread on both tires were wearing down like crazy. I called them back to have them check it out again and I was told by the owner that the alignment wasn’t done properly. They re did the alignment and got me a new set of tires for the front, owner stated it was all set to go. I picked up my truck and first thing it did was pulled to the right and this time it was worse than before. I called the owner explaining what was going on with my truck and he stated that the person that did the alignment said it was fine and that he couldn’t help me anymore (maybe he should’ve driven the truck and not the employee) obviously I was upset because it wasn’t fixed at all. I was also told by another company that there was a customer that complained about not having their alignment done properly, so if you are looking for a place to get an alignment done PROPERLY save yourself some money and don’t take it to this place. Take it somewhere where they will do it right the first time! If I could post a video of how my truck drives I would post it.

5 /5 J C: Coming home last spring for my fathers passing, driving 1500+ miles, I need a reliable trustworthy mechanic in my local hometown area. This summer I needed a quick oil change and tire rotation before driving back. Called on the weekend, and didnt look like they had the time to schedule me in before the following weekend. Called Monday morning, and got a spot on Thursday before I left. Excellent service, great communication, trustworthy repairs. And for the record, Ive got a maintenance package this service is included in at any dealership. The Nissan dealership never returned any of my 3 messages over a month and a half & I had zero issue paying for this service, keeping my $ locally and enjoying my hometown area customer service. If my car broke down, Id call them before having it towed to the dealership in the area. Thanks all! Halfway back on the drive.

5 /5 Dr. Legacy: We broke down on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere Medina. John was the only tow guy i could get ahold of on a Saturday evening who was available and his price was good for a short distance tow. He was really nice. Thank you for your help.
