5 /5 Nicole Barker: I’ve gone to several nail salons in the Hamburg area and Nail Max is by far the best quality and service! I lead a busy and active lifestyle and am rough on my nails. My dip manicure held up perfectly. No chips or breaks! Salon is clean and welcoming. Highly recommend.

1 /5 G: I have looking for a good reliable nail salon ad was recommended to come here and see either Ken or Mai. Immediately beginning the manicure, I was cut and bled a little due to Ken rushing and simply not paying attention during filing. One of my nails (with the bow) has textured bumps due to fuzz landing on it during the manicure. And one of my finger nails was very sensitive and red and raw after the manicure and now about 1.5 weeks later that same nail has a small infection forming with a yellow bubble. I’m extremely disappointed and NOT satisfied because a mani pedi is an expensive luxury and not only am I dissatisfied with the quality of service, an employee here cut me and made me bleed and now I have an infection.

3 /5 Kyra Chislom: Im conflicted. Everyone was super friendly, great atmosphere, reasonable pricing, everywhere I looked there was great nail art. So thats 5/5. But I also left with 5 split/bloody fingers because the gentleman doing my nails went really hard with the dremel. He saw me flinch the first two times and apologized, but then ignored when my fingers started bleeding. Maybe it was an off day or just the wrong person, but Im not sure that Ill return.

5 /5 Caroline Kirkpatrick: I booked an appointment with Liz for a full set with gel and design. She did them exactly like the reference picture. Was very gentle and careful when sanding my nails down, and did not hit my cuticles which has happened to me at other salons. Made sure I was happy with shape and length before preceding each time. Very happy!

5 /5 Shannon Garno: I’ve been going to Nail Max for about 2 years now and it is the only place I go to get my nails done. The entire aesthetic is amazing, so clean and bright. The staff is friendly, accommodating and great at what they do. I always see Liz when I go and the service is always incredible. She is very knowledgeable and very talented. I constantly receive so many compliments on my nails and people asking me where I go to get them done. Definitely go see Liz at nail max. She’s a lovely person and the BEST in Buffalo. Nothing better than her!!
