1 /5 Michelle Jewell: Omg I wish u would have read these reviews before picking a random place without a wait. Showed Ann the picture of an ombre sparkle blue nail inspired by frozen...she said I can do something similar...when I tell u this lady sped thru painting that she didnt go down to my cuticle or clean the sides up and after burning and having black on my sparkles I tell her she tries to convince me its silver sparkles. Looks like I was playing in charcoal. Picture speaks for itself. Save your money.

1 /5 Kay Lay: HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Nasty customer service!!! They rush your services!!! I paid 90$ for a 2 minute pedicure and rushed all different sizes full set! The lady told me she couldn’t fix my nails after the other lady who what I’m assuming from the interaction between me and her and the other lady couldn’t speak or might’ve been deaf! I had such horrible service ! I do not recommend anyone go here to get their nails done. They make you pay before the service and then proceed to do a horrible job! Don’t go here! They suck !

Careless, disgusting customer service (nail tech Ann was fighting and throwing things at husband during service) Not a safe environment and honestly the worst nails Ive ever received.

1 /5 Deborah Powell: Such a disappointment. I payed 160 for a full set and pedicure and my services were rushed. The quality is just not up to par. I had to do my own pedicure once I got home. I kept asking them to fix it but gave up after realizing they dont truly care. Downtown needs a new salon. The service here is absolutely awful. I feel like the victim of a scam. So many steps skipped.. LIKE HOW DO YOU NOT CLEAN THE CUTICLE DURING A PEDICURE??? I almost want to call the police.

1 /5 Virginia Haskell: Went to this place today since I decided to spend the day downtown and spent $90 for a french manicure and white toes. My pinky toe has nail polish just splattered on and they cut my cuticles up on my fingers. I do not recommend anybody to go here

Natalie Perez: The WORST pedi I’ve ever received. I see why there was no business on a Saturday and the workers kept saying how “slow” it was. The women were rude, the pedicure was rushed even when there were no clients waiting. They cut my toenails at a diagonal and when I complained, they got defiant and demanded a tip from me. They didn’t even push my cuticles back. She actually charged my credit card with a 20% tip and I had to demand she refund the tip or I was calling the Police. I had to pay $45 for a pedicure that looks atrocious. I came home and recut my toenails. DO NOT GO HERE.

Alexandra Wachowski: The owner was extremely rude and argumentative towards me. One of his workers could not understand me so proceeded to do the wrong steps to my nails - when I told them this, the owner told me I was going to be charged for 2 different nail treatments! I explained to him that I confirmed with his worker after I sat down what I wanted and he basically was arguing that I was lying to him. All around horrible and my nail beds physically hurt - they cut me multiple times and did not even care. My nail beds are cut up and cracked now because of this place.

But yeah this was my first time getting my nails done with actual color and this was my friends first time getting acrylics. Our prom is on the 26th so glad we stopped by!

Hazal Bannach: I’ve been to here twice, and both times were disappointing. First Visit: I booked an appointment a month in advance for my vacation and paid a deposit. The salon rescheduled me three times at the last minute. When I finally got there, I had to wait 15 minutes for them to open the store. The service was okay. Second Visit: I went back to get my gel nail polish removed. I had to wait 30 minutes because they overbooked. They only removed the polish from my hands and reapply a simple gel polish, but refused to clean my toes, saying they had another client coming. I didn’t even get an apology for the wait or the incomplete service. Overall: While their work is decent, their booking system and customer service need serious improvement. They also need to clean their tools properly. Unfortunately I won’t be returning.
