jason scherden: Dr. Hyman did a good job performing my surgery. The good review ends there. In the 3 appointments leading up to the surgery and post care I routinely waited well over 1 hour to be seen. I called with questions multiple times and nobody ever answered the phone. Upon leaving a call back number I was never called back. The customer service experience was the worst medical care I have ever received.
Cathie Dougherty: This was my first visit . Felt so relieved as my concerns were addressed and heard . Dr. Madhavan is thorough and respectful . He put me on a path for the most appropriate care for my health concerns .
barrysb54: Our friend who has been in Sapphire for a couple months is well taken care of.
The nurses and Aides are very lovely and attentive . We appreciate them all…
James Joseph: Dr Hexter and the rest of the staff here really go above and beyond to keep you at ease even in tough situations. Every time I go I’m always greeted by such happy and warm people. They know who I am and always ask how all my pets are doing. I can’t recommend this location enough.
PS Cheddar says hi!!!
Upper90 King: What a doctor! He is a real life saver and exceptional! He literally saved my friends life, just recently. He is very personal, caring, I will keep going to his office! I highly recommend to visit him! Even just for a check up. So go say hello to this wonderful doctor and amazing, kind staff in this ultra modern and squeaky clean office! Irene.
Melissa Kane: The office staff were delightful, everyone kept us informed all the way through, and Dr. Sharma was super friendly and listened wonderfully. He really made us feel like we are part of a team.
Arquelio J Vega: Dr. Ahn is the best! Hes been taking care of my eyes for a good while now, and when these cataracts left me no choice, Im glad it was him. The difference is night and day (sorry for the pun), I can see so well its like being 16 again!
jason G: Was treated at St Anthony for a very bad nosebleed. The ER was very busy, with only one doctor on staff. After some time my nosebleed stopped, after sitting for a couple of hours, the doctor released me. Since, i never had such a bad nosebleed, i specifically asked the doctor if he should pack my nose to prevent another nosebleed. He felt like it was not necessary, and i was released. I drove home which is only 3 blocks from the hospital. As soon as I walked in my nose started bleeding extremely bad, causing me to swallow blood. My wife called a ambulance, once the ambulance arrived I was brought back to St Anthony. After the bleeding was stopped, my nose was packed with cotton bandage and i was released. The time between my first admission to my second was less then a hour. To my surprise the hospital not only charged my health insurance twice, but charged me two co-payments. I felt that this was unethical behavior since i was treated for the same condition, and if my nose was packed the first time, there would be no need for a second admission. The billing office called me back and told me that it was two separate admissions, and that on my first admission i was “anxious to go home” , which i felt was very unprofessional. They informed me that they would have to speak with the hospital staff, and get back to me, I still have not heard back from the billing office, and continue to receive invoices. This used to be a great community hospital, in fact I have had two of my grandchildren born at St. Anthony. This review is also not a reflection of the amazing nursing staff, or the overwhelmed physician, only of the hospital administration.
Jory F: Nice people but they misdiagnosed me. I had a heart attack when I left their office after an EKG. I went right to the hospital where they performed the EKG correctly. They also gave me an appointment with a primary physician who was not an MD So theres that as well
I dont trust their competency now so I will never go back.
