5 /5 Alicia Genova: Dr. Negandhi is my onc. I’ve had two others. She is what was missing before. She celebrates the successes with me and includes me in treatment rationale with researched treatment protocols. The nurses show individual attention and warmth. The staff follows-up when I forget things and sets up scan scheduling calls for me. The receptionist fields complicated questions that I call with efficiently without things falling through cracks.

5 /5 A McKiernan: I recently completed chemotherapy at the NYOH Hudson infusion center. While its true what they say, chemo sucks, my experience with Melissa and Liz, the infusion nurses, was fabulous. Not only are these ladies experienced and phenomenal at their job, they are genuinely caring and compassionate while they do it. When the bumps in the road come, Melissa and Liz quickly and efficiently address the issues. While I certainly hope to never require chemo again, if I do, I wont hesitate to drive over an hour, past multiple other infusion centers, to be cared for by these two incredible nurses!

2 /5 H Baldwintucker: Drs and Nursing Are All Wonderful BUT Scheduling and Prior Auth Can Not Seem To Be Able Getting Scripts To Receive Mamos ( Had My Mamo Apt This AM Script Was Never Sent Can Not Wait Till CT Scan Monday Bet That Script Is Also not Where It Should Be )and Other Testing At CMH Do Not Seem Able to Get the Job Done I Have Been a Patient With Them Since 2014 Have Nothing But Total Aggravation In Getting Things Taken Care Of Due to Lack Of Competent Folks Then to Boot I Get a Reg Letter Booting Me Out For Complaining About These Difficulties TRUST ME THEY ARE NOT THE ONLY Oncology/Hematology Practice Around

1 /5 Rebecca Linscott: Overall very poor patient care. Consistent violation of patient rights, no follow through, and nothing but excuses. Dr.Theodoulou has a wonderful reputation, but it does not carry over to patient care. I had to micromanage every aspect of my care because they let the ball drop at each and every turn. When trying to leave this group to transfer to a more appropriate care team, I waited months for my records to be transferred and they never were so that was just one more aspect of my care that I had to micromanage. Thankfully I was able to get my records, do my own referral, and am now with a provider that I trust. I would highly recommend staying as far away from this place as possible.

5 /5 Mark Josefsberg: Dr DeMarco is among the nicest and most thorough doctors that I have ever come across...never lets the patients sabotage their own care...is tough when warranted but obviously really cares.
