Countryside Veterinary Medical Group - Queensbury Samantha Niro: Countryside is a fantastic clinic. I recently moved to the area and hadnt established our pets with a new vet. When my dog injured a nail first thing on a Saturday morning, Countryside was the only clinic I called that was willing to squeeze us in.
The staff was patient and incredibly kind from the phone call to heading home. Well be taking all of our pets here, no question.
Glens Falls Housing Authority - Glens Falls Jermaine Briggs: GFHA is a poor example of what a housing authority should be. The director and their staff are uncaring, you can tell immediately that none of them can relate to needing housing. Very unfriendly much of the time. Wait list is never open and when it is, it closes 3 days later. Cheryl is rude, dont do the job if you are so bothered by making calls. Some staff is nice but it is rare with this agency. The new LaRose is so expensive that poor people still cant afford to live there unless you can get a voucher which is hard as the list is never open and they dont let you apply without one. Check out other HA agencies.. others in the region are much friendlier and helpful.

I am very appreciative of my experience at Fort Edward Clinic, and I feel Im in good hands. They went the extra mile.
Wayne County Motor Vehicle - Lyons Maria Padula: I visited on 1/2/25 with my son and the woman that helped us was amazing. Im sorry I didnt get her name. She was super patient and explained everything very thoroughly. She kept our documents and called us back to her window between other clients while we obtained additional insurance docs that we needed. She changed my sons address for us as well. Much less stressful experience than a typical visit to the DMV. I am so thankful!
