1 /5 ShaNaye Shakir-Muhammad: This review is of the PA (Becky Thomas) that I seen yesterday. This was an transfer/establish care visit. The reason I seen the PA first was because Dr. Stuber wasnt available until January for new patients. Check-in went great, the receptionist was kind and friendly. The wait time to be called in was only 3-5 minutes. The nurse was great as well she listened and was nice and comforting. I waited about 5 minutes before the PA, Becky came in. She came in with an attitude and was rushing. She told me that they were 45 minutes behind. She asked me questions about my health and other things but she never physically examined me! I have a wound that needed to be looked at she refused to put on gloves to examine it, I had to remove the bandage myself to show her it. When I got home I checked the notes she had written about my visit. Not only were they wildly inaccurate, she made up answers to questions she never asked me!

1 /5 Jennie Barchet: Extremely disappointed in this place. My husband is a patient of Dr. Stubors and has said wonderful things. I had an appointment this morning with Becky because I believe I have a UTI . The appointment was originally for Tuesday but it was booked incorrectly so they changed it to today. I just received a phone call saying they have to cancel it because I am not s patient and their advice was to go to Urgent Care. I could have done that earlier and probably be feelinguch better. What gross incompetence!!

5 /5 Deborah Galloway: I have brought my husband and myself to this office several times over the past 3 years. We have always gotten in and out within 1-1 1/2 hours. They are clean and thorough. The staff is always so helpful and courteous. I have never been turned away because of my insurance. I wish this was my permanent Drs office.

1 /5 Luanna Marcelletti: Hands down the WORST doctors office. Do yourself a favor & find somewhere else. Every month, without fail, a prescription ive been on for the past 30 yrs doesnt get refilled on the script due date. I have to call 5-6 days ahead of time, continue to call & follow up, the script still doesnt get refilled & finally 4-5 days AFTER ive been out of it....then, then they go ahead and refill it. They hold your meds hostage. What kind of doctors office does that? They dont keep you up to date on when your 3 month med check is until your completely out of your meds and then expect you to drop everything your doing & come in. Theres no one else in office who can fill your scripts. Its just an absolute mess. If you have a serious illness or take a medication you need on a monthly basis....DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS OFFICE. They dont even answer their phones, you have to go through an automated prompt check-in with someone off site. This place is a joke.

5 /5 Arlene Schurkus: I am so thankful for EVERYONE here! Dr. Gillotti is the best Doctor I’ve ever had! She really cares about her patients and taylors her care to the person in front of her. The Nurses all the way down to the Office staff. Absolutely fantastic! I make an appointment and NEVER have to wait more than 5-15 minutes to be seen. And I drive all the way from the city to Greece so that in itself has to say enough! Thanks for everything you do for us!

mrperrysgolfwhore: WOW! This place was AWESOME when I was admitted! They gave me this ice pick in my eye and the procedure lasted only around 10 minutes! Really loved the electroshock therapy and the cold baths and hot baths! Very homey place. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Really helpful in my recovery from speaking a little too loudly! My exs uncles husbands mom put me in here because I disagreed with her once, and I have never been the same. Friends say Im really quiet now and always seem to be somewhere else mentally, probably an effect of the funny ice pick. Thanks for taking me in as a patient here!

Terry Spak: Appalling abuse of position in harassing a local radio host who questions how the pandemic is managed locally; valid questions with thousands of *opposing professional and expert viewpoints* that Mendoza will not even consider based on either/both ego or ignorance. I reference abuse of his "position," and not his "authority" in using local police officers to harass a radio show host at their home. He does not have the authority to do so to begin with, and this could constitute criminal abuse of a position that warrants an investigation and disciplinary action or outright charges. I would encourage the radio host to pursue a civil suit against this man for the trauma he caused to their family. Any respectable doctor will listen to opposing points of view as well as the actual facts and stats proving that different policies from his own can and do work (such as the countless areas that are fully or near-fully open with perhaps rises in infection rates...but NO RISE IN MORTALITY RATES). We are all sick of the "rise in infections" due to *testing* being used as a media tool when the rates of death remain low and in tandem with seasonal flu numbers. Get this man out of this position NOW. He refuses to even answer questions, and he is NOT operating in the best interests of the community. *Tens of thousands of local people are suffering because of this man*.

Tom McNeil: Ive been going here for the last 10 years (sometimes with a couple years in-between visits) and continue to be impressed with how well this place functions. The receptionists are hands down the best in the business, and as a patients first point of contact this makes a huge difference. Not only are they well trained on the software they use (Epic) but they are incredibly thoughtful and motivated to help out which goes a long way when you feel like poop. Ive seen a few of the doctors over the years (and Mr. Terp) and have always been impressed. Most recently Dr. Tarantino provided me with fantastic service at extracting some wax from my ear and diagnosing me with the flu. I cannot praise this place enough, they are the gold standard.
