5 /5 Tom McNeil: Ive been going here for the last 10 years (sometimes with a couple years in-between visits) and continue to be impressed with how well this place functions. The receptionists are hands down the best in the business, and as a patients first point of contact this makes a huge difference. Not only are they well trained on the software they use (Epic) but they are incredibly thoughtful and motivated to help out which goes a long way when you feel like poop. Ive seen a few of the doctors over the years (and Mr. Terp) and have always been impressed. Most recently Dr. Tarantino provided me with fantastic service at extracting some wax from my ear and diagnosing me with the flu. I cannot praise this place enough, they are the gold standard.

1 /5 Brian Krall: Trying to be a patient here is useless. Heres how it went for me: Made an appointment to become a new patient there. Had to wait several weeks to be seen. In that time I was suffering from chronic pain. I called to ask if I could come in and be seen for a more immediate appointment for my acute pain, as this is what every other Doctors office has always done for me. They said no and told me to go to a hospital. So I waited for my appointment to arrive. When I arrived I got dropped off by medical transport, only to find that they were making patients wait outside of the building. I had to stand there suffering surmounting pain as there was no where to sit. Eventually I got called in, and was able to see an unfriendly nurse, and then after a long wait I finally saw my new Doctor. The new Doctor quickly told me that she was actually not accepting new patients, and she would see me that day but that I should go back to my old doctor (who I couldnt go back to). She rushed through my visit haphazardly speaking to me for just long enough to get her paid by insurance and then left the room without doing so much as giving me a routine checkup. And hence why I say that there is no point trying to be a patient here.

1 /5 Madison Dobbertin: Was seen here for a work physical that took over 3 hours. Dr. Torrintino came in and did the most in depth physical I ever had. Stated “wow you have a lot of problems”. Would not clear me for work because of migraines that I have had for almost 10 years now that are stress related. Told me “when you get a real job it’ll be an issue.” I work for RRH like he does so I’m not sure why I don’t have a “real job”. Also have an injury that is not work related that he would not clear me for. Messed with the injury and ended up causing more pain and I ended up being seen because of the pain he put me in from messing with a healing muscle tear. I would not recommend Dr. Torrintino. He is un professional and doesn’t care about the actual reason for visit

5 /5 Diane Eggert Hayes: I have gone to this practice for many years. I have always been able to get in to be seen for an urgent visit, and I always saw my own primary physician for regularly scheduled office visits. This has been an excellent practice! Two physicians from this practice retired July 2020, another physician from this practice is retiring at the end of March 2021, and the two other physicians are leaving for hospital positions. Sadly, White Pines Medical Group is closing at the end of March 2021.

1 /5 Autumn H: Horrible doctors. Clerical staff has no idea what theyre doing. At an appointment, I had one of the doctors tell me, to my face... "youre not really in as much pain as you say youre in". My mother was also with me and can attest to that simply disgusting comment. I have chronic pain due to an injury and I keep attempting to express how much pain I am in and THAT was the response I received. I was completely dismissed. Now, the OTHER doctor also dismisses my concerns about my pain levels. These "doctors" are general medicine and not specialists in any way, shape or form. My concerns are always shut down, and I am never heard. Pain is subjective, but as a doctor, you should be LISTENING to your patients. Just appalling. Unprofessional and unethical. Worst doctors I have ever had to see in my life, and I have been to MANY.
