5 /5 Jeremy Ostrander: I am thoroughly impressed with Nott Street auto repair. Ive taken my vehicle there a few times. The most recent visit was for my vehicle miss fire. I had to take it back on Friday due to the problem continuing. The shop was unexpectedly closed that day, so I was going to have to wait until Monday. Oh well, I thought. They surprised me by coming in before a long weekend vacation, just to repair my vehicle. I was very impressed by their work ethic. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else.

5 /5 Sara Melber: Over the last month I brought 3 older cars to this place for repairs. Some of the jobs were easy and the last job was very difficult. Their prices are very low compared to other shops and the quality of work is exceptional. One thing that really stood out was when I asked Henry to replace the brakes pads and rotors on one of the cars. He called me back and said that I didnt need the pads because there was some padding left. Most shops would upsell you and try to get more work done than needed, but Henry was honest with me. He always kept me in the loop throughout the process and calls to ask before doing anything. The turn around time is quick without the sacrificing the quality and you can tell he really cares about his work.

5 /5 Susan Kollar: These guys are great - reasonably priced, friendly, and knowledgeable. As a woman, its one place I can go to and not feel taken advantage of. Ive been taking my cars there for over 5 years. The staff in the store are also friendly and helpful. I fully recommend this business.

5 /5 Dan Venning: Ive been going to Nott Street Auto since 2017 and Henry is far and away the best mechanic Ive ever encountered. Hes honest, prompt, clear, expert, and reasonably prices everything. The only challenge is that because of this, hes often booked well in advance and so you need to call a few days early to see if he has availability. Also be aware that Henry does maintenance, not cosmetic repairs (I learned this after a minor collision).
