1 /5 Simone Dasent: The front desk clerks on the 3rd floor are rude and display no professionalism whatsoever. Today my appointment was cancelled unbeknowns to me, I received no email, no text message and there was no indication of the cancellation in my chart. Instead of them apologising, which we do all the time when mistakes arise - I work in a hospital, they proceeded to ask me for my insurance card, which they already had a copy of; ok so I give it to her. Then she says you have to speak to finance - mind you without the possibility of seeing a doctor today; I said why do I have to speak to finance? She because your insurance is combined. I said you know actually let me speak with finance, as you do not understand it. Right away she says oh you have that plan and all of a sudden, I did not have to speak with finance. Anyway, I spoke with the manager, who got me another appointment at an earlier date. Lets see what happens then. I am so annoyed.
