5 /5 Bernard F.: I came here because I was referred by my medical doctor for an eye infection. The place was situated 3 blocks from the Mineola bus terminal so getting here was a breeze. The office was cleaned and air conditioned . I was seen by Dr. William Bozeman MD that gave me a thorough examination and an explanation of my needs. I was prescribed 2 medications and given a prompt follow up appointment for next week. Dr. Bozeman and the staff were professional and attentive to my needs. I look forward to coming here next week.

2 /5 Jennifer Guevara: So sad to say that this medical office is not professional at all. Patient care is not on their top priority. You have an appt and are seen three hours later. Than doctor walks in to be with you for five minutes and than leaves you with scriber supposedly telling you all the instructions but doesnt do her job as well. If doctor prescribes new medicine and you are to start it good luck trying to get them to call it into pharmacy on time. And if its in a Friday its worse. The email that doctor provides doesnt work because we emailed it and no answer back. Was not able to tell doctor of the problem that happened in last appointment until you physically see her in the next appointment. A lot needs to be changed in this office.

1 /5 Tasia Ahuja Smith: Staff is very nice, doctors are knowledgeable, but somehow even a simple appointment takes at least 1.5 hrs with a lot of waiting in the waiting room between basic intake tests and seeing the doctor. 2nd time in 2 weeks that I am sitting here just killing time and having to cancel work meetings that I scheduled for 2 or 3 hrs after my appointment time. They are definitely overbooking themselves. (I originally left a 3 star review but it is dropping to 1 star because I’m still here waiting!)

1 /5 Susan Gillette: I called yesterday and made an emergency appointment. I was asked my insurance and I gave them both. I completed the check in online. This morning I arrived and was told they don’t take vision insurance and my medical insurance required a referral. Would have been nice to have known this when I scheduled the appointment. I was offered the option of paying out of pocket…. Ummm no. I have TWO insurances for this. So now I’m in another day of pain and impaired vision since my eye is so swollen.
