5 /5 Katie Meyer: I want to highly recommend the Mexico Lab draw station. We went there today and had the pleasure of working with Emma. My 8 year old daughter was extremely nervous and scared for a blood draw. Emma was so kind and compassionate. She took the time to allow my daughter the space to regulate her emotions and showed her kindness. She talked her through the entire process and got down on her level and never made her feel bad for crying. Emma quickly gained our trust. Emma truly met our needs and gave my daughter the confidence should she need this done again. This was such a positive and excellent experience with Oswego Health. I am so happy to have a competent lab close to home.

1 /5 shannan Bennett: Called and confirmed hours. Came in at 12:18 to a sign saying they are closed for lunch. Which is fine, so we wait until 1 pm, mind you the sign said closed 12-12:30 for lunch. One pm hits and still no one showed up. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Fasted all day for absolutely nothing. Will never be going back.

Patty Tracy: I wouldnt even give them 1 star!!! This office and the personnel there are extremely rude. It took several phone calls that they did not return until I finally got to speak to someone about an appointment. The day before the appointment they tried to cancel it due to a change in insurance which I told them about when I set the appointment. The girl hung up on me mid-sentence. Unbelievable!!!! I called back and it took several tries to get a hold of her again and she was still very very rude. I really hate this office and I am definitely going to find another Gastro doctor to go to. I would never ever recommend them to anyone not even my dog!!!

Tim Swearson: Visiting from out of state. My husband is a paraplegic. We drove 1,300 hundred miles to visit family first time to N.Y. my husband had sores on his backside from the traveling. We needed to see a doctor, called the wound care clinic from the start they treated us wonderful right down to having to go to the pharmacy. Everyone made us feel like we were from the area.
