Rach C: I have been going to nail club for over 7 years. It’s like cheers, where everyone knows your name! Heather, Kim, and everyone else there are so friendly and they try to accommodate everyone, they even stay late at night so they can try to get everyone who has been waiting, get their nails done. I just bring a picture in and Heather is able to copy it. If she can’t, she free styles and does something else that’s just as beautiful!! Support local business and get your nails done at Nails Club!!

Kaitlin Roberts: Im writing this review on behalf of my mother, who called this location to schedule an appointment for a gel fill in for her senior client she takes care of. They both arrive at the scheduled time, and staff told my mother she had "actually" called for a gel manicure instead of a fill in, which is not true. Seems like a simple miscommunication, however the salon had about three people in it, and the client who was next even offered to let my mothers client go ahead of her (which was so kind) but the staff still refused to take her. Now, I dont know if they just dont know how to do gel fill ins (which would be strange for a salon) or what their problem was, but my mother left very disappointed and upset and ending up going to a different salon without an appointment who took care of my mothers client with no problem. It just seemed like the establishment refused to take any accountability and refused to compromise and work with my mother and her client.

Daniella Teta: I have been a loyal customer of this nail salon for over 30 years, but after todays experience, I am heartbroken to say that I will not be returning. For the past week, I tried calling to make an appointment, but the phone line kept going straight to voicemail. I finally decided to walk in today, only to be told they were refusing me service and would not allow me to make an appointment—without any explanation. The way they handled the situation was extremely disrespectful. For years, I have felt disrespected by the owner, who would make rude comments across the salon, like suggesting I needed to get waxing done, or rushing my daughters and our appointments because a "more important" client was coming in. My daughter even made an appointment a month in advance, giving ample notice of the services we wanted, yet we were still hurried out the door. Despite this, I continued to go because my nail technician is excellent at pedicures. However, the lack of sanitation and cleaning between clients was always worrisome. I often requested my technician to clean the station before starting, and each time it felt like I was being treated as a problem. But I’m not paying to risk an infection—I’m paying for a proper service. Over the last few visits, the atmosphere became increasingly uncomfortable: instead of a warm greeting from the owner, theres now a cold automated machine saying hello, making the place feel impersonal. The rising prices, paired with the unfriendliness and disregard for basic hygiene, made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Kim, as a business owner, treating a long-standing client who has brought you so much business—over 10 of my family members and friends throughout the years—is disrespectful, unprofessional, and hurtful. I hope you reflect on this.

Zaid Anaid: I love this place, there is a little bit of a language barrier. Which leads me to why Im taking 1 star away. The salon looked like any other nail salon, nothing stood out to me. They were very welcoming and greeted me immediately asking me what I wanted as I was a walk-in. I told Jason (who came very recommended by my family) that I wanted gel acrylics in black. He said no problem and told me to wait. I sat there for maybe about 10-15 minutes which did not bother me in the slightest because they have wifi. You have to scan the QR code at the entrance to have access to it. The entire service costs $69.

Alyssa Duonola: Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I used the restroom before my pedicure and stepped on A DEAD MOUSE… I was so thrown off, I should’ve left, but for some reason I stayed…that was a mistake. I was with my sister and we were there for hours just getting a pedicure. He also cut my toe really bad. Could not have left fast enough. $75 before tip for the worst experience of my life. 0/10 recommend

Michaela Schmidt: Absolutely pissed off!!went here because I wanted to try out a new place meanwhile I should of sticked to the place I’ve been going a year.. got a fungus infection on my hand and under my nail!! I cannot believe this. How disgusting. Place should give me a refund. I’ve never in my life had a fungus infection on my hands or nails.

Julia Hagadorn: I do enjoy coming have been coming for about 4-5 years but probably will not return. There is no point because I never get to see the person I request. I always request Jake for my pedicure when I call ahead and when I arrive, I see someone else. If he is not available just tell me. I drive 45 minutes one way to see him because he does the best job with the callous removal. I even mentioned while there that it’s important to me that Jake does the callous removal and I don’t care who does the rest of it if he is busy wanting to do manicures. Should just be honest and let me know in advance so I don’t make the trip for nothing. Overall, I think it’s a better salon in the area and they do a nice job with the manicures. They do not offer acrylic though, only anc. ***Edited to reply to business response**** 3/3/25 FIRST OF ALL: no I did not make an appt with Jason I don’t even know who that is. If this is the business owner responding you know that I always only see JAKE - as I was upset the last time I can in and didn’t see him. I have been seeing JAKE for years ever since there was a wedding party and no one except him wanted to see me. At the last visit I told you how I like him doing the callous treatment because he has a heavier hand and does the best job. Then you sent him over and said “now I know what you like” Also, you weren’t even there this day so how would you even know what happened anyway? You are only going off of your employees statements. A male answered the phone and I asked if JAKE was availible for around 2/2:30. We settled on 2. He did not even ask on the phone what I wanted to come in for. When I arrived he did ask me to sit at the nail chair and I specified I wanted a pedicure only. And when he started the pedicure I told him I wanted Jake to do the callous treatment but I don’t care who does the rest of the pedicure. That’s the only request I have. But he did it and Jake did not. The pedicure was ok but Jake does the best job with the callous treatment. Otherwise my skin is rough after. Obviously, I am not the only person who has had a disappointing experience here based on your reviews and you always seem to argue back. When you are wrong you are wrong. It’s not like this is the first time.
