Polo Vice: Best Breast Surgeon Doctor with the Hands of God in her. Truly, She made a miracle of my existence until now. She really care and treat her patients meticulously with empathy and professionalism as well. Very positive and never let you feel any doubts and fear whatsoever. I’m happy and glad she is my Doctor. A 101 percent highly recommended.
K B: I had a semi-urgent medical condition and I was able to be seen the same day. All of the nurses were kind and understanding. My doctor was extremely reassuring and understood exactly what I was dealing with. I left feeling assured that my health was in good hands. Very professional staff and everyone there really pays attention and asks the right questions. Thank you guys so much for making me feel like an actual person and not just a number on a waitlist.
John Gallo: I went in for having a mass in my lung. The surgical team removed it. I stopped breathing and was put on ventilator and breathing tube. If it wasnt for the hospital, Id probably be dead. And I cant say enough for the nursing staff. They were amazing. The ladies Julia & Olivia worked at night were fantastic. And Cindy and the gentlemen nurse during day were great too. I was in TCICU.
Kaitlin S: What a terrible hospital. The doctors in the ER are unfriendly and they are just trying to get you out of there no matter if the issue you went in for is not resolved. Additionally, the costs are outrageous even with insurance. The doctors that work under this hospital are crooks - charged me $700 just for one of the doctors for a 5 minute visit. The total cost for about 30 minutes in the ER after insurance was $4k. ($2k paid by insurance and $2.3k paid out of pocket). Go to another hospital thats not trying to completely wipe out your bank account from a 30 minute visit. How this is legal baffles me. This hopsital does not care for your well being, only to kick you out even though theyve done nothing to help you, so that youre forced to go back again later in the day so they can hit you with another bill. Shame on them.
AT AT: I hate that i have to even write this because i think Dr. Hanna is a great doctor. However, the way the office handles appointments is outrageous. These doctors are booked months in advance. Like months. For example, i called to see if i can see Dr Hanna because i am 3 months pregnant asthmatic and have had a cough for over 7 days and feeling short of breath. I was proceeded to be told that she is booked until June 2023 i called december 2022. I then proceeded to ask if there is any other doctors willing to see me . All them are booked until next year. I proceeded too ask what about the patients who get randomly sick and need to see a doctor. What about them ? I never in my life felt unseen and unheard. Im 3 month pregnant asthmatic with a nasty cough and all in was that we are booked until next year. I had to fight call multiple times just to be seen to be heard. Its unfortunate. I remember i called in July 2022 to schedule my appointment in october 2022 for my annual physical. Which is suppose to be in october . I thought i called in a reasonable amount of time... 4 months in advances but nope she didnt have an appointment till January 2023 . Its insane. What is going on where we have to book a year in advance to see our doctors. This is outrageous
Creek Johnson: Probably the most skilled physician I see, however his support staff is terrible. Ive been a 911/wtc patient of Dr ganjian for at least 5 years. He is an extremely skilled provider. After my last visit the wtc rx company rejected the rx (3), for very easily corrected reasons, or so I thought. After leaving 3 messages during normal working hours (no, there is no one to speak to) and not getting a call back... I GOT THE MESSAGE ( that I now need a new dr)
