5 /5 Sarah Khalil: I have been a customer at Polished NYC for just over a year. Elina is my favorite technician to see. She is so talented, and has taken my nails from short and unhealthy to long and healthy. She is just the best! The girls at the front counter- Amalia and Vera- are also so sweet. Very friendly atmosphere and the most long lasting Russian manicures I’ve had done.

I know all the girls are amazing, the desk staff are all sweet & accommodating. My nail tech is Bela, she is so patient & detailed as she works on my nails. Im very particular & she gets them just right every time.

5 /5 Ragnar Everwood: have had many Russian Manicures across quite a few states. I have also been coming to Polished NYC for about 6 months now, and I have to say, they are my favorite. It doesnt matter which tech you get, they will give you stellar service (although special shout out to Melania and Anastasia!!) The quality of care is unmatched. I always leave with a smile on my face with gorgeous nails. Simply cannot recommend them enough!

5 /5 Vikki Rozakis: I’ve been here twice so far and both manicures have been amazing! First was with Dzhika for my Christmas/new year set and second was with Anastasia for a fun geometric design. Both hard gel manicures looked amazing and held up excellently for over 2 weeks. Yes, it’s a bit pricey but your nails will never look better!

She was patient and gave me advice on what would look best for my skin tone and nail shape. The service is truly amazing start to finish!! I got hard gel with a chrome design 4 weeks ago - no cracks or breakage (pics are before and after).
