5 /5 Kristen Brown: absolutely splendid! visiting the city for the week and used a broken nail as an excuse to treat myself. booking was quick and simple, day of updates about timing changes(if any) were useful, hospitality and ambience was lovely, and of course the precision and care that went into the manicure was immaculate. all the staff were helpful and kind and i could tell from my one appointment that they all enjoyed working in each others company. all in all, a fabulous experience and i would definitely recommend :)

My nails used to break on the sides until I switched nail shapes to soft square and it helped so much!
