5 /5 Adriana Mariella: I needed a same-day repair of a plastic panel in my car that had gotten dislodged after another repair. I walked in here without an appointment and the team here was so unbelievably nice and helpful. They were able (and happy) to accommodate me, fixed what needed fixing, and didn’t even want to charge for (what I guess was) a simple fix. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and really helped a girl out :) I was so grateful for the honest help on short notice and will absolutely bring my business back here when I need it and suggest you do, too!

5 /5 Turning Point: As a new driver, a woman and owner of my first car, a 10 year old car purchased with over a 110K miles on it- I needed to find a reliable, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy auto repair mechanic. I found that at Poly with William and his team. I have heard too many stories about women in my case who have not been as lucky. They did the initial inspection and servicing. Two years in, my very “seasoned” car has had a couple of bumps along the road… like a cracked transmission case ( NYC’s raised manholes are mean) and most recently my starter gave out. They have been promptly, professional, budget friendly and very kind. I’ve recommended everyone I know… and now on Google I’m recommending to you all.

5 /5 Emelie Depover: The guys at poly repair really helped me out. My car kept trying to overheat, and the garage I went to at first, it took me 3 weeks to go back and forth and it still wasnt fixed. My friend recommended me Poly Repair and I went, explained what happened. It took these guys one day to find the problem and fix it fully. Instead of going back and forth for 3 weeks with the other place. Im forever grateful, for the kind service, detailed explanation, and fixing the problem. Thank you guys!
