1 /5 Nathan Baldwin: I have read the reviews and thought how out of character for Potvin and Potvin until this morning. I have been waiting over two months for this appt and it happened to fall during an ice and snow storm. I left work in Boston Ma yesterday to make it here and due to a break down and multiple accidents I wasnt off I 90 until 6 am. My appt was for 11 am and I live 40 mins away, when the roads are good. I pulled in at 11 20 am and they canceled my appt and said I can re schedule for April. Now they had already called me this morning and asked if I could come earlier because they had cancelations. I explained my situation and was met with no compassion.They said they were" booked solid". The parking lot was empty and there was no one in the waiting room. I have been coming here for quite some time and Ive recommend him to countless people. No more. Not only did I lose time,money,and almost my life to make this appt. But now Ive lost my dentist and probably my tooth. This is a tooth He previously repaired and the filling came out. I get having a schedule but have some compassion during a snow storm and dont meet your customer with a monotone f you . We are people not just a paycheck.

1 /5 mary coseo: I’ve been going to Joseph Potvin for 18 years. I’ve been waiting for phase 2 to begin so I could call for an appointment. I had been waiting since the end of March to get in because we were in Quarantine. I called this morning to see about getting in because I have had a loose wisdom tooth since the beginning of quarantine. They asked if I was a patient and what I needed. They promptly told me that they couldn’t get me in for a few months and that I would have to try and see if I can get in with another dentist! I said well who do you recommend, well she couldn’t say! I have to say I’m extremely disappointed in this office loyalty and dedicated patients apparently isn’t what they are looking for. I have see the staff in this office change in the last few years and so have my children. I will be recommending that my children find a different dentist office to go to one that cares about the patients and that doesn’t want to shove you off to some random dentist! I don’t know if Joe Potvin knows this is happening and people are being treated poorly by his staff or he does and it doesn’t matter! Respectfully, Mary C
