I was nervous to try somewhere new for the first time, but please just trust me, this place is the real deal. I have been getting my blonde done for over 10 years and this is truly one of the best experiences I have EVER had. She did an incredible job and completely captured the vision of what I was after. I put off maintaining it for a while, unsure of who could match or exceed the quality I was used to—especially with my busy full-time career making long trips back impossible. After hearing great things about Paula from my coworkers and seeing her unfiltered photos and glowing reviews, I decided to give her a shot. Booking an appointment was effortless and reassuring because Paula herself answered the phone. She immediately understood my concerns, answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable, so I booked my appointment. From the moment I walked in, Paula was warm and welcoming. She knew exactly what I wanted and got right to work. Unlike past experiences where I spent 4–6 hours in a chair, Paula dedicated her time solely to me, finishing in a reasonable yet thorough manner. The results were fantastic! I was so impressed that I returned for a microblading appointment—and wow! It was the first time I’ve ever had my eyebrows microbladed without feeling pain. Once again, Paula took her time, ensuring my comfort while providing excellent service. She is incredibly sweet, takes the time to get to know her clients on a personal level, and is very informative, which I truly respect and appreciate.
