1 /5 J R: An absolute scam, they received me knowing that they We’re not Going to be able to help me instead of referring me to the doctor that I needed, Then they proceeded to do a so called deep cleaning, which was not that deep. Before that they said that my insurance didn’t cover A procedure that I needed for some antibiotics on my tooth so they proceeded to charge me out-of-pocket $200 for the most useless procedure that I’ve ever had in my life. The icing on the cake was that I received a letter from my insurance stating that an x-ray was being charged on A day that I was not there, was not approved because I have passed the limit for x-rays for that for that month.
On my next appointment, I showed them the letter sent by my insurance and asked them.
What was that about, They got pissed off and became very anxious and a little bit rude and while I was asking the young lady what’s going on the dentist said and I quote, what that means is that we don’t get paid enough. ,Worst part of all is that going there was a waste of time and money I resolved absolutely nothing with my teeth and have to see another dentist to get the work done that I need don’t go there..
