They are extremely professional and compassionate and I would definitely recommend them. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistants, the dental hygienists and of course all of the dentists. I just had my teeth cleaned by Nicole, the dental hygienist and she was wonderful! I have very sensitive teeth and she she very gentle and efficient. Kudos to the whole team.

The practice keeps up to date on the new techniques and equipment. I definitely recommend them.

I called in the Morning and they were kind enough to squeeze me in. DR Connie Perretta took care of my needs and did a great job.!! .She is a miracle worker..I was in distress when I walked in for a chipped bonding that needed to be replaced. She made me so happy and smile again. I would recommend them to everyone I know. She was a blessing. I will definitely make a switch and be back again for future treatment. Thank you Dr. Perretta..

Chris Goris: “Dentistry dedicated to excellence” a lie. They refuse to take my partners insurance in advance in order to get it verified. Just to tell him that he needed to wait an hour upon arrival to get the insurance verified. After waiting to hear back from the insurance company they stated that they do not participate with his insurance after already being a patient there a few months prior. This is extremely unorganized. People take off work to show up to an appointment just to wait an hour and get no work done and be told that their appointment isn’t covered through their insurance. Medical practices such as this need to have insurances verified in advance so people aren’t taking off work for no reason. Needless to say do not schedule an appointment at this practice unless you’re okay receiving a subpar medical experience. Extremely disappointing.

Michael Espinell: I decided to try Bronx wellness dental which i live 3 blocks. I had issues with chewing food that I would bite my tongue and scrap the sides of mouth. First impressions were better than expected. Looking at building which is being renovated might make you think twice. It took 3 visits to finally enjoy eating again. Staff is very friendly especially doctor very nice guy. Super clean facility. They madw a mouth nightguard which fit perfectly, fixed my right side plus another tooth that was cutting my mouth. Overall experience was great and definitely recommend.

Mayelin De Los Santos: This office caused me an anxiety attack due to their lack of care for my time and energy. To start off the doctor for implants was late 1hr. 10min, when I had previously been told I was the first patient. Upon his arrival not even an apology for lateness. Instead telling me to stop roaming around when he caused me to become anxious. Then I was offered nitrogen to calm down, 20 minutes come and go, nobody could get the machine started. It was heart breaking to see a whole bunch of incompetent people trying to turn a machine on without results. You’d think that after having to pay so much money for implants, you’d at least get good service or at least professionals that have the best interest for patients, not here. Spoke to manager who just made excuses for the team. I’ve had a lot of dental experiences this have been the worst of my life. Had to leave with a numb mouth, 2 hrs wasted, $250 consultation wasted, withdraw loan, loss of energy, and cause of emotional distress. Negative stars are deserved !!
