1 /5 Amber Burdick: I have been going to Dr. Freeman since 2014 with the same insurance for my son and myself. I’ve never had a bad experience there, until I called to make an apt for a chipped tooth that was causing horrible pain and the receptionist rudely exclaimed they no longer accept essential plans and hung up without saying another word. Thank goodness for Mosaic Health in Mount Morris for taking me, no questions asked. I have never been talked to so rudely by someone in customer service, and I have never been dropped from a doctors/dentist when I’ve had the same insurance for 10 years, which I pay for every month, so I guess what I have found is that Dr. Freeman doesn’t “care” for his patients he does his job and gets paid. As for the receptionist who couldn’t even give me a list of dentist near by to try, let alone even say goodbye before hanging up on me, you should choose a career path far away from customer service. This is my first review I have ever given, which should tell you how awful these people were to me, and probably so many others that were dropped out of nowhere!!
