5 /5 samantha rodgers: I am a mechanic’s daughter and came more than 2 hours away after viewing vehicles all over the state. I was extremely impressed with the quality as well as communication and friendliness. It was extremely simple to buy a vehicle and Karen made it very easy and was there for any help from the start. The lifetime engine warranty alone is such a great deal but to have professional and reliable service topped it off. I will be back for a further review after having the vehicle for a bit. But so far no issues and I have had it looked at by two local mechanics. Very happy and hope to do business again soon.

5 /5 Cruzan 4eva: I bought a car a few months ago and I must say Miss Roberts took extremely good care of me. She was very friendly and was extremely transparent! So if u need something used, reliable and in great condition under the hood as well the body, i suggest u give them a call. I have not had a single issue since date of purchase. Family owned and they treat u as such.

5 /5 April Aubertine: The employees are all wonderful. Very helpful honest and personable. Had more help and honesty from Karen then all the other dealers rolled into one. I would usually not go the small "mom and pop" sorta route for a big decision like car buying but highly recommend roberts automotive to anyone looking to buy.

1 /5 Kevin Szynkowski: Karen was the nicest person till they collected the money on the car i bought. She said it didnt come with a warranty but she would take care of me and not leave me hanging. Had issue the first day I tried to take car out. Sync system didnt work. Got the run around from her. Car had to go to dealership for recall stuff. She agreed to pay to have dealership diagnose car then her husband refused to help unless I brought it to them (even though they wouldnt have had the ford scan tools to do it) he got pretty shitty on phone and then hung up on me.wouldnt recommend buying from these people!
