Paul Malara I brought my car in for service on Friday 5/16/2025. My appointment was for 9am and it was brought in on time at 9am. My service advisor was Fran Livingston. Fran was excellent, he kept me informed throughout repairs as to the status of the repairs. He is a knowledgeable and friendly person. Fran should be given a nice raise for his dedication to Davidson Nissan. I highly recommend the dealership for all your service needs.

Mikayla Oleson I’ve been meaning to write a review for Gorilla Automotive for quite some time. If you’re looking for an honest and trustworthy shop, this is the place to go. As a young woman, that’s clearly not knowledgeable in vehicles I’ve always been taken advantage of, but not here. I believe the wife runs the front desk and her husband is the shop mechanic. I don’t even know their names, but I absolutely adore the both of them. They are so sweet and you can see all of their family pictures hanging up in the shop. Aside from that, when I had continuous problems with my car, the mechanic once walked me through how to file a claim with my dealership, they were giving me the run around and he ensured me I wasn’t crazy. On top of that, the wife always texts you BEFORE they start doing the work needed on your car to ensure you know exactly what is being done and your not blindsided by the $$$ come pick up. All in all, an amazing family business.

Meredith George Gorilla Automotive has exceptional customer service! They always get me in and take care of my vehicle and my families vehicles in a timely fashion. Pat always explains what is wrong with my vehicle in a way I understand. They do a great job and their prices are fair. Mauser Girl I dont think I can say enough nice things about this repair shop. Theyve been seeing my old Jeep for a couple years now. Geyers is both good and trustworthy. Every repair Ive had done here was completed correctly the first time, and usually within a day or two. I think the longest Ive had to wait was 3 days, but that was because it took that long to get a part. Geyers provides an estimate up front, but in my experience the estimate tends to be on the higher end. Ive always been pleasantly surprised to be charged less than the initial estimate. Speaking of which, they also offer a military discount for soldiers and veterans, which takes a little extra off your total. Theyve also been really good about communicating, calling with the estimate and again when the job is completed. Everyone is courteous and helpful and takes time to explain what needs to be done or what was done if you have questions.

Corey Cuppernell I took my vehicle into Geyer’s and within an hour they found the problem, needed new tires! Within a day, new tires were put on and ready to go. Very professional yet laid back atmosphere.

Dakota Bailey These guys knew how to help me in a jam. Theyll most definitely get my business again. Ernie and Josh are some of the friendliest faces I know in the mechanic world. They got me in and out with no complaints. Yes, they seem a touch expensive, but with that comes with some of the most experienced mechanics in the field. Hope to do business with them.

Melissa Lee Although they were very nice, they repaired my strap that went over my gas tank, then informed that the frame that the strap attached to was weak and needed repairing as well. Instead of informing me when they went to do the repair and already had my gas tank off, and before they repaired the strap, knowing the tank would need to be taken off again for the frame work repair that needed to be done at converse. Now I have to take it to precision, have the tank taken off again, have it towed to converse to have the frame work repair done. Then it will need to be towed back to precision to have the tank out back on. Costing me an additional $600 and adding in another car shop that was really not necessary if I was informed of the repair to the frame work that needed to be done before the new strap was put over the tank. Not very professional when they still would have had my business and done my repair, making the same amount of money, but done it in the appropriate order. Definitely feel taken advantage of. Please give me all the info before making the repair.

abraham quinal D and S auto were so great in working with auto mobile, they took care of my car making it fully functional and road worthy back again as so many parts were rusted due to older aging vehicle. Ric was also great person to talk with, he’s a very helpful and kind to talk too, overall it was worthy and was not mistakenly bringing my vehicle to their garage as well as costing wise, thanks to all of them.

Ryan Schueler They put a used rusted brake caliper on my mom’s car and told her she was good to go. It wasn’t even for the right car. Caliper is so big it rubs the inside the rim wearing a groove into it. Taking it somewhere else that can fix it with new parts. SMH.

Angelynn Haggard Their work is always reliable and trustworthy! I have come to them for a couple years now consistently for whatever it may be my vehicle needs. They are always good about getting me in and very affordable.

Ry Terrible. Thieves and bullies. My registration was suspended, my fault yes. I didnt realize it. Got pulled over and my car got towed to Rays. The police assured me I would be able to collect my personal belongings the next day when the shop was open. I went the next day to get my stuff and politely (embarrasedly) explained the situation and immediately the guy in the office was rude and loud with me and said he didnt have to give me anything. Told me to come back when I had the almost $500 (!! Towed less than a mile) to get my car. After I started crying and begged him to please let me get my debit card and my phone so I could get the money I needed he begrudgingly agreed as long as I was fast. He said he had seen my phone in the console and moved it to the passenger seat (why?). Phone was nowhere to be found and he changed his story to "Oh that was the car next to you". I started frantically searching for my phone and he literally shouted at me to "hurry up and get out of there". I explained the police said I could collect my things and he said he didnt care, get out. Phone was nowhere to be found so I asked for my laptop and he refused. He walked up on me (100 lb female) and told me to move and slammed my car door shut. Wouldnt give me back my spare fob I had given him when I arrived and kept saying it wasnt mine despite me having the only Audi in the small lot and having handed it to him less than 5 minutes earlier. I wound up having to snatch it back off his desk when he turned around and I locked my car back up with it on my way out. Wound up having my lending company reposess the car so I could get all my stuff and pay a lower amount to them to get my car back. Also the debit card that was in the car had to be frozen and replaced due to multiple, more than 10, unrecognized charges attempted within 24 hours of my car being towed. Unreal.

Austin Taylor Got caught in the snow storm and had my first accident going off the road. Not only did these guys make it less painful, they were amazing to chat with and kept the mood light which I appreciated. Im not from the area so they came to tow me out and Im beyond greatful. Plus the prices were great in comparison to what normal tow companies would charge. Would 10/10 call again if anything happens in that area. A++ service!

Joel is the type of guy that you just want to hang out with and talk trucks tires wheels suspension all day! This shop had it all! You want anything done go to them! Their whole staff was friendly, and engaging unlike other shops that just want your money! Thank you for ruining my fuel economy but increasing my smiles per gallon!

Drummund HARPER Avoid this place now. Since Mike theyre old manager quit (no hes not taking a break) they went downhill fast. They started charging for every single thing they possibly can. Definitely started taking advantage of people which was something Mike never did. This has happened to myself and coworkers so far. Unfortunately they are 100% untrustworthy any longer

Daniel Vladimirov I went in last week to get a quote because somebody hit my left headlight and cracked it. I wanted to have the headlight replaced. I worked with Justin, who was great from the start. We looked at headlight assemblies online, and he recommended I buy the assembly on my own versus from them to save me some money, so I did just that. I followed up today to have the headlight replaced by bringing in the used assembly I had purchased on my own, and it took a little more than an hour; he was immediately able to get me in. There were a couple other things he fixed at no extra charge, and he also adjusted the headlight at no extra charge. Overall, I was met with respect, integrity, and a commitment to good service. I would highly recommend visiting this location for your fender bender, or more serious, concerns!

Sandra Cavellier I found the atmosphere in this body shop to be an unexpected pleasure. From the time I scheduled my appointment through to the day I picked up my car to be an easy, uncomplicated event. I haven’t had to file an insurance claim in years and was surprised at their willingness to answer any and all questions I had…and I had more than most, I’m sure. Thank you all for taking such care and pride in your work that you left my now 8 year old vehicle looking better than the day we bought it. If I could give you 10 stars, I would!

christian s Brought in my 2021 forester before my big move to get some maintenance done. I requested a front and rear differential drain and refill along with the transmission fluid. My spark plugs that I ordered came in right before the scheduled service and they had no problem adding it on. They were very straight forward on the phone and even checked with fucillio Subaru before scheduling me to ensure all fluids were in stock. HUGE GREEN FLAG. All Subaru OEM fluids were used. I dropped off the vehicle and had it back in no time. Communication was kept up every step of the way. I recommend and trust this team with any service needed.

Smith TeJay If I could give 0 stars I would, given the fact that it took them nearly 3 months to fix, besides them taking insanely long to get it done after making nonstop excuses I had to pay $3,200 for them to 1, "fix my front right wheel well" create a new problem (a broken speed sensor in the front right tire area) and 2, my oil leak which was the main reason I brought my car there, the leak came back after not even a month of having my car back soooo what did they do with my car the whole time, let it sit? yes, they sure did cause when I hit them up saying I needed it back so I could drive home, or I wanted my money back, they literally started working on it the day of me needing it back and had me get it by close of business. Every single time I drove by their business my car hadnt moved once. their lot is an actual car graveyard unless its a quick fix you wont be getting that bit back for a min so I hope you got 2 cars. I hope someone reads this and takes their business elsewhere, mind you my car isnt a clapped-out turd like a lot of the cars they work on. I actually take care of my car so they cant even come at me on any accord because this is 100% on them, they basically scammed me. -to the owners response, I did take a while to respond to this review yes, but given my circumstances of everything going on I didn’t have the time to bring my car back in with the problems that resurfaced after getting it back and given, it took nearly 3 months for the fixes to happen I didn’t have that time and didn’t want to wait long for the corrections of what wasn’t done right. I never said my car was the cream of the crop neither most of these reviews you bash the people giving bad reviews cause they’re mad about the price of the fix cause they drive beater turds. Yeah you did my brakes and wheel bearings but thats about the only thing done right given the fact after the front right wheel bearing was done my right front speed sensor went bad shortly after then the oil leak I’m not trying to be one sided I’m trying to be honest there’s not much positive to takeaway from this, and by being scammed I’m implying the work that was done was not worth 3.2K especially being it was rushed to get fixed since I wanted my money back since I needed to go back home for my mothers memorial service.

samantha rodgers I am a mechanic’s daughter and came more than 2 hours away after viewing vehicles all over the state. I was extremely impressed with the quality as well as communication and friendliness. It was extremely simple to buy a vehicle and Karen made it very easy and was there for any help from the start. The lifetime engine warranty alone is such a great deal but to have professional and reliable service topped it off. I will be back for a further review after having the vehicle for a bit. But so far no issues and I have had it looked at by two local mechanics. Very happy and hope to do business again soon.

Cruzan 4eva I bought a car a few months ago and I must say Miss Roberts took extremely good care of me. She was very friendly and was extremely transparent! So if u need something used, reliable and in great condition under the hood as well the body, i suggest u give them a call. I have not had a single issue since date of purchase.
