She is highly knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains everything clearly, making sure I’m comfortable with my treatment plan. Her staff is equally wonderful- always helpful, respectful, and quick to assist with any requests I have. The office is always clean and welcoming, and scheduling appointments is always easy. I’ve referred several friends and family members to Dr Kotlyar, and they have all received the same level of excellent care.
