Ashleigh Johnson: Where do I begin??? I have been going to Julia since 2021 and I am never leaving! Julia is the most talented, professional, fun, caring hairstylist I know!! She is very attentive to detail and makes sure the CUSTOMER is in love with their hair!! She is so easy to talk to, and love being in her presence!! 100000/10000 would recommend Julia! I absolutely love my hair every-time I leave. She won’t lie or try to cheat you, she is 100% honest about the process and knows her hairstylist science!
Kate Brown: I have been coming here for years and never had a problem until yesterday. I got an entire botched cut and experience and I’m so embarrassed to leave the house with this hair. It looks like I got a kids super cuts cut and I just want to cry. It’s so short that my only option to “fix” is a pixie cut but that’s not an option. The layers are terribly uneven and the bangs were just chopped in a whole section way too big that also couldn’t be fixed. The boss did come over and “fix” them but by that point I knew there was no fixing what she did and I just wanted to leave before I busted into tears in the middle of the salon. I will post pictures to show what I ended up with. Unfortunately I don’t trust to go back to this salon now and have to find elsewhere to go especially to get this mess fixed. I got this cut because we have a very public event tomorrow to show up to and now I’m so embarrassed of this hair I don’t think I can even show my face.
Warren James: Ive been happier ever since I started coming here for hair cuts. The atmosphere of both the workers/stylists and the customers is always pleasant and sometimes almost fun. Andrea is true gem as she always recognizes my name and remembers my pretty standard hair trimming style even if I go 4 months without a cut. She always strikes a conversation that relates to how my life has been progressing as she usually remembers what we talked about 4 months prior... Ive been a happy customer for nearly 2 years and hope to keep my services here for as long as Im an Oswegonian.
Chrissy petty: The dark chestnut color is my natural hair (all virgin over 10 years). The beautiful copper Auburn is after a stunning lift (hand painted, so in love) and choosing Auburn as the direction I allowed Kalysha to determine the tone to result in a lovely balayage. I asked for something that complements my pale complexion and she did a fantastic job. She is very personable and easy going. I don’t intend on going anywhere else again. Ladies, gents, those in between and out of bounds, come treat yourself to all your beauty treatment needs. It’s worth every penny. I haven’t tried anything other than hair, but I have high hopes for each offered treatment. I’m so excited. Just do it
