5 /5 Mark Simon: Tim is an excellent mechanic, makes sure that he diagnoses the problem correctly, and repairs it done right. In short, he’s a good guy that runs an honest shop.

1 /5 Ashleigh Grosso: Unprofessional, unprepared and lacking communication. Had a 3PM appt to get winter tires mounted and balanced and an oil change. Called a few days before to ask to add on 4 new valve stems to give him enough time to order parts if he needed to, was told no problem. Show up for the 3PM appt and I’m told the tire machine broke THAT MORNING, won’t be fixed until tomorrow. He did admit he never called me but probably should have. So we rescheduled for the following week and I reiterated everything I needed done, including the valve stems. Show up the following week and I’m told he doesn’t have the valve stems for my car make, he has to order them, Can reschedule ANOTHER week out. I can’t do it, it’s already December and I need my winter tires on. Not bringing my business back here again! Just glad he never got a dime from me.

1 /5 Alice Vexx: This guy works on his own time. Never answers the phone, beats around the bush and never gives you an honest answer about anything. My step son had to get a loan to get his car fixed before leaving for the Marines. We gave him a month notice that head his money to pay for it, now 2 days before he leaves and this guy still hasnt even moved his car from the weeds yet. He makes broken promises and doesnt deliver on them. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Hes a waste of time and money. Also, he wont top off fluids after doing work on your motor. You have to do that yourself. This guy shouldnt even own his own garage, he doesnt deserve it for the lack of work he does. Extremely unprofessional.
