5 /5 Marc Secor: I chose Croteau and Sons for its close proximity to my workplace. I scheduled an appointment for a routine oil change and diagnostic evaluation for an illuminated engine light. They quickly identified the problem, and a couple other ones, through a multi-point inspection and sent an estimate for each issue, with photos, through text. The text system was one of the most concise, organized experiences, having the ability to approve or deny with the click of a box! Altogether, the work took three- separate, consecutive visits (due to obtaining an OEM part from a local dealership and my needing my car for commuting). While some may see this as an inconvenience, I did not, for the quality service I received, and the staff going a step further to ensure the OEM part as opposed to after-market. Additionally, the entire staff were friendly and personable, even addressing me by name at each encounter. An above five-star rating! I have found my local, family-owned service center. Thank you all!
