I told the person I wanted my hair 1/2 inch above my shoulders with layers. Not a hard request. The stylist cut my hair to be even with my ear lobe all around. It made me look like a boy which Im definitely not. I look terrible. My vacation is over after today which Im dreading going to work based on how it looks. I will never go back. Worst haircut ever. I wouldnt even give a 1 star but it doesnt allow for a 0

She is great at what she does and always makes you feel valued when you are in her chair. She’s exceptional and I don’t think that is a hair challenge that would ever be too complex for her to take on! If she isn’t available one of the other professionals in her place would be able to assist as well. Heather takes great care in hand selecting the crew under the Salon X roof. She truly is one of the best!
