1 /5 Yoamny Feliz: Took my vehicle to this company. Gave them a list of things I needed done, listed it by priority. Asked for a price quote of the repairs that were highest priority. Instead this company did their own assessment, partially fixed one of the issues n didnt address the main problem with my vehicle. They completed svcs on the vehicle that I didnt request nor were a priority. They over charged me. Dont go to this company if you have car problems. They wont take what you say into consideration, they will overcharge you n charge you for things you didnt even request or really need. They will take advantage of you. Horrible way to run a biz.

5 /5 Elizabeth M.: Went to get a second opinion after being told by a chain muffler shop that I needed a catalytic converter for $900+. Joey told me I needed a flex pipe for $180+. These guys will fix/replace what you need and not what you dont.

1 /5 Tiffany D: Talked down to me about the requested repair, passed the car previously for inspection a few months earlier, and then tried to buy the car after charging me a 50 dollar lift fee so that they could junk it as a "convenience free" service.

5 /5 Laquanna Britt: I was told my fuel tank straps needed to be replaced just by someone taking a quick look at my car. I took my car to Sams Auto Repair and was advised the straps were fine. They brought me out and showed me the area. They told me I could replace them if I wanted but I had years and they even put on a solution to help prevent rust. I appreciate them being honest instead of just trying to get my money. Honesty take you a long ways and I will definitely be back. I even made sure to get some business cards to help spread the word.
