2 /5 Brenda Rosemier: I called holiness for script refill on a Wednesday. Script wasnt at pharmacy on Monday. I called again to request Script. On Tuesday I called doctor to see if Script was sent in. NO. This is controlled substance so can only refill every 30 days. Well, doctor on vacation for another 2 weeks. Script sitting in her inbox!! Why would the nurse do this? I still dont know if I can get Script. NOT HAPPY!! A its the day before Christmas.

1 /5 Paul Westfall: I took my daughter to get checked up on in the emergency room. She was in tears because of a ear ache and vomiting. The whole time we were there, you could obviously tell they were less than enthused of our presence. They didnt process the insurance for my daughter. I had to follow up and make sure they did a few days later. They didnt send over the prescription for my daughters ear ache do to an infection. At the moment she cant hear out of her right ear. Not a pleasant experience at all.

5 /5 Sandra Rhodes: I want to send a thank you to the entire staff at Schuyler Med/Surg Swing bed. Thank you for the wonderful, compassionate, and personal care you gave me during my stay. It was exceptional and I am sure contributed to my recovery. I highly recommend this facility. The food was also very good.

2 /5 Christian Stephanie (chii): I’m giving a 2* on behalf of my 50 year old Mother’s recent visit to the hospital on 1/26/24. She went because she fractured her tailbone. She stated that a “pretty and skinny nurse with brown hair” of Dorothy Elizabeth’s or a nurse in question, had dismissed my mom being in pain. Calling my mother a “BABY” before shortly leaving the room and my mother waiting for Dorothy (the doctor). Nobody should treat patients this way. My mom ended up not telling the doctor mainly feeling shocked in disbelief of it coming from the nurse and shut down emotionally, avoiding talking about it until coming home and telling me, her 30 year old daughter about it. This isn’t directed towards the doctor. Just the nurse who lead her to a room and completely dismissed her feelings of pain and called her a “baby”. How unprofessional and unsympathetic. She unfortunately doesn’t know the nurse in question. Just a brief description of her appearance hence the quotes.

Michael Janes: Had a Drs appointment on 2/14/25 had to reschedule due to a work meeting. Rescheduled for 2/19/25. Went in and used the kiosk to check in, said I dont have an appointment, so I went to the receptionist and she looked up my info and then to me to sit down and wait. 5 mins later office manager comes out and brings into a conference room to tell me Dr. Price has dropped me as a patient due to too many missed and rescheduled appointments. I told that the majority of my rescheduled appointments were due to scheduling conflicts with work and I only had 1 no call/no because I forgot. She said they mailed me a letter on 2/14/25 and here it is 2/19/25 still no letter. I also told her that I did not receive a warning, which I should have, because they never told that that was a policy. She agreed and then said "Im sorry but there is nothing else she could do". When asked about another Dr. In the office I was told no one else is taking new patients. I have been going there for 20 years and not once has anybody told me about such a policy. Also they never followed up with me about my last blood draw which shos signs of hypothyroidism. Very disgusted with them. Dont waste your time with them.

Nicholas McIntyre: This is hands down the worst doctor weve ever had the displeasure of going to. My wife made an appointment with him because she wasnt feeling well and was having migraines. Instead of examining her he said "well ur having a panic attack and all your symptoms are due to anxiety" and then proceeded to call an ambulance to take her to the auburn er to get a CT scan. We proceeded to spend 10 hours in the er just for the er doc to finally tell us that she had a simple sinus infection something that could have been figured out in a 10 minute exam by doctor duckett if he cared to do an exam and not just write her off as a panic attack just because she was crying from the pain of her migraine. Doctor duckett has no bedside manner and does not care about his patients.

Whether youre being immunized, treated for STDs, or just getting birth control-they make it quick and easy. Its a damn shame the planned parenthood part is being shut down later this year.

Random T: ***FOR THE MENTAL HOSPITAL UNIT ONLY.*** To be honest my 3 stays there when I was in a pretty tough situation in my life was sucky. I don’t like plenty of the staff for their own reasons I’ll explain below. First of all, this was a while back and I’ve heard from a friend who went back there that it’s horrible. Don’t sent a loved one here. For the children’s unit I was in, they constantly had children that were unruly and dangerous (expected, but they barely did jobs to defend anyone), and would just let these kids scream, kick and beat on doors to the point they had to lock everyone else in rooms. Again, expected, but most of the time they didn’t do much to protect the other kids by removing the threat. They just let staff talk to them for an hour and call it a day as everyone else was scared as they threaten to end our lives over a pair of socks. I’ve also heard from friends of mine that some people here were oddly… touchy. Along with that they put me in a room with demonic drawings and curses on my third visit, which they did repaint over after I told them though. About the staff, my biggest concern was a nurse. I think her name was Amy, some platinum blonde dyed hair nurse with a tan. She was the worst nurse in the unit you could have. She would pick favorites with the kids who were specifically the ones who would beat on doors and try to attack other kids, and give them special privileges. Amy would consistently let these kids get away with things she would scold us for, for wether it was ‘they have a tough like’ (which, everyone who’s in the psych ward does), or ‘they have a disability’ (which doesn’t excuse enabling them learning it’s ok to act out). My core memory from my third stay was her searching rooms due to me and my friend passing a note about something personal in my life. I refused the note so they did a search of every room. Amy proceeded to let her favorite kid prance around in everyone’s room when we weren’t even allowed to talk to someone inside their room at their door, let alone go inside. She proceeded to grab my specific journal with all my thoughts, and took it. There was no possible way she could’ve known it was a thoughts journal if she hadn’t looked in it, as I had two. They aren’t even supposed to let people take journals they provide either. Another time I had a bad breakdown in my room due to being upset with Amy’s favorite kid, and I was very upset. I hurt myself numerous times in it, including biting myself and scratching myself (though they dont care wether you hurt anyone here as long as its not traceable to blame on them, as long as they get their paycheck), and then heard later from multiple friends in the ward that the nurses and aids were LAUGHING at my meltdown and making comments about how overdramatic i was being. Mind you, this was a manic breakdown, i was not ok. no one came to check on me or even evaluate me after either. I remember being here once and they had numerous small children who were clearly cases of being bratty children with enabling parents who I would see hit themselves and claim their parents bruised them. Never send a mentally sick or in need family member here, this is a sick place with people who’s only priority is to help themselves, not the people who they are PAID to help. if this hospital has any want to actually help children and adults who are mentally ill, find better staff, for gods sake.

Ashley Baron: I luckily only really go to the doctors once a year for my yearly physical check up so I cant say much in extent to how things typically go here if you are a more frequent patient. But I was disturbed by a comment made during one of my physicals. After I went over everything with the doctor, which was my typical quick visit, she said "well I dont know what else to say because it seems you are healthy. Most of my patients have a laundry list of things we need to go over." I said "geez Im sorry to hear that." Her response was "well its good for me." I was appalled and still am to this day. This is our medical system. Keep people sick because its job security for the big pharma, insurance companies, and the medical institutions who get to continuously bill them and get paid to write prescriptions.
