He explained the ordering process and timeline for repair with a the resolve of a seasoned expert. I appreciate his sense of humor and his honest opinion on the condition on the equipment. This helped me to choose the repair over replacement. Highly recommend this service and technician.

After multiple attempts and months of them sending him parts to fix it, which never worked, he was able to share my frustration on my behalf and helped us to get a new replacement fridge. 5 /5 Gregory Hart: I had a failing refrigerator with lack of freezing in the freezer and cooling in the main compartment. After checking it out Roger was frank about the cost of repair vs. replacement. Repair simply wasnt worth it. What did make sense was the Sears Home Warranty and we purchased that. Roger was great.

1 /5 Richard McGrath: I rate it maybe a 1. I am grateful that I have a warranty to cover the parts that were needed. I am not happy that I informed the tech about the code that it was setting off and was told if it happened again, just make another appointment. This code came back on not even 20 minutes after the tech left. The code .20 doesnt happen in every cycle, but comes up out of the blue. Three months ago I had .40 and what a pain to figure out how to fix the issue. Thank you! Richard McGrath
