3 /5 Angie: I think that it was a pleasant environment and my daughter was pleased. I did feel a little blindsided because, I had called and asked how much and was told $20. When we got there I said my daughter would like her hair shampooed which took 2 minutes and at the end was told $35 because of shampoo and blowdry. You should have been more specific about change in price. $15 is a significant change. My daughter had a basic trim of a few inches off that took 10 minutes. I just felt overcharged. I understand you are there to make money, but if kids cuts cost $40 around here, thats tough on a lot of families.
