5 /5 matt gohlke: These guys have been fixing my familys vehicles for 10 years or more, I couldnt count how many times Ive had work done here, Ive been towed by them, rescued from being broke down, and everything in between and I have not once walked away from them feeling like I got robbed or worse.... and thats a real big statement for an auto repair shop. We are lucky to have them around because they dont make guys like that very often anymore.

3 /5 mary dineen: Very greatful they could get me in and do my brakes last minute. The three stars comes in because I just noticed that they forgot to reinstall my fuel cap after an oil change. I got home today from work 8/5 and my car was smoking. This means that I have been driving without my oil since 7/26/23. That’s 9 days. I drive to and from Burlington for work and I drove to old forge. I’m pretty sure my engine is out of oil. So word of caution, while the work is good please double check your oil caps.

5 /5 sharelle Phillips: My go to place since Ive owned a car. Since I was a teenager. Allows u to bring ur own parts but they can order parts as well. Does inspections. Ive had several different cars including a mercedes and he never has a problem with any services Ive ever needed from the coolant system to the wheels and even engine. Doesnt do alignments tho. Good rate per hour I believe its 75. And doesnt overcharge for hours. Always a pleasure. Cash or check only. He is down a little hill but its always plowed properly. Does towing and I think he sells cars too. Might be wrong on that. And his right hand man is great too he has been there forever and is loyal. He came out in the snow and put my license plates on my newish car, which was already inspected and ready to go after the intake manifold engine repair. Also got me screws as well for the plates and helped me brush the snow off my car. Simpsons is awesome!

Tyson Tyrell: I only give this 2* because they were the only ones to put in parts that I ordered. after that kept my car for several days without letting me know, I had to call everyday. Then when I got it the tires were soo far out of alignment I was squealing, didnt even have to use brakes to stop and leaving tire marks all over the road. They gave me my car back not safe to drive. Then I finally get it aligned and nearly smash into another car at della Subaru because all of a sudden now I barely have brakes. Called him and told him that they messed something up. He said he would look at today for me and it sat there for 8 hours and he never looked at it. Didnt even get in the car at all. If you value your sanity do not go to this place!! Gets very irritated if you call to check on your car even though he isnt doing a thing. the owner is not a mechanic he told me himself!!! It definitely shows when you try to talk to him about car stuff.

I get nervous when brining my car places because it is a higher end vehicle, but when I drop it at European I am very comfortable doing so. Long story short if you have a European car go to Kent, he will take care of you and the job will be done right, after the service I’ve received here I won’t go anywhere else, 10/10 customer service, 10/10 communication, 10/10 work quality, I am very happy with the way I was treated here.

Kyla Wejko: This place is horrible. They towed my car on a Friday night after the town sent out an email at 11pm when I was sleeping. I get they have to tow cars but the problem is they are closed on Saturday and Sunday and not open Monday until 10am making it extremely difficult to get my car back. Also I work and go to school so my car is needed. This is absurd. If ur going to tow on a Friday u better be open on a god damn Saturday.
