1 /5 Iris Almeida: Stay as far away from this place as you can. UV gel manicure, next morning nail polish peeled off because nail polish that was underneath top layer never dried. Pedicure, nail polish same thing. Went back to have fixed and her response was Oh this happened to other customers it’s normal. She fixed my manicure, that was fine. Pedicure, I sat under the dryer for 30 minutes said it was dry. Got home and touched my nail and nail polish literally came right off, not dry. Just awful!

5 /5 annette DiBenedetto: Just exceptional! It is exactly what it is in that there is never any up selling. The staff are all so talented and kind. They always run on time and always a wide selection of polishes and services. Massages are always outstanding and go way too fast

3 /5 Jaime Sahadeo: I want to like this place more but their customer service is so inconsistent, same with their hours and availability. Any time I call for a same day appointment, they want me to come 3-4 hours later. I live close enough that I can pass by and see that they aren’t busy. They supposedly take walk-ins but every time I go either they’re closed (when their business hours say otherwise) or they again ask me to come back hours later. At first I thought it was personal, but I realized that I don’t go in there nearly enough for them to put together that I’ve called for an appointment. Once in a chair, they’re bare minimum nice. The pedicures are good enough, it’s close to home and that’s why I keep up my attempts at supporting a small business that obviously doesn’t care what their customers think of their practices.
