5 /5 James McMurray: I finished a hard day planting bulbs on my hands and knees. I was a little embarrassed at the state if my hands so I opted for a pedicure. Coco was so focused and soothing to my tired ole feet. The salon is so clean. The ladies dont talk too loud or too much. Some soothing music would be nice. The chair massage seemed new and was amazing. My feet feel great. More self care from now on . Once a month. Thank you ladies. The hot tea was lovely.

5 /5 Lauren: Happened to stumble upon this as I moved to the area and never going anywhere else! They always kill it! Both walk ins and reservations are taken care of amazingly. The ladies are actual gems and the prices are fantastic! I always tip well and still end up spending way less than I’d do at a mediocre spot somewhere else in the city!

5 /5 Perez Stormy “Storm”: I am happy I made the choice to patronize this salon as I am very pleased with my results! Ying took her time with my pedicure and the extra 10 min foot massage was worth the money. This was my first time getting tips with a gel overlay and Candy did an excellent job. My nails are in beautiful shape and she was meticulous with her craft. The only thing that bothered me was that the gel burned for the first five seconds of each finger when placing in the UV light. I might not continue with this type of nail service BUT I will definitely go back for other services. Everyone was very kind and I felt welcomed!!!

1 /5 Jessenia Guzman: I was not satisfied with the services. I got dip powder but the lady applied too many layers and my nails just look round with no shape. These are pictures after barely one day and it was not worth $55.

Sonya Hooks: I needed a last-minute nail appointment because I wasn’t able to get to my regular technician in Manhattan. I have been wanting to patronize this place because it’s only a few blocks from my house (and from what I know black-woman owned) but the two other times I inquired they didn’t have appointments available. On a whim, I called them and they said I could come right in. I had dip powder that needed to be soaked off and a couple of broken nails - so needed my nails cut down and I opted for a simple gel manicure to get me right. Carla, a new technician there, took care of me. And for a last minute appointment, she did a pretty good job. She was friendly and attentive - gave a great hand scrub and a strong hand massage- not something I normally receive as a very regular nail salon goer and didn’t realize how much I would enjoy that as part of my service. All in all, it was a good experience. It’s nice to know this option exists in the neighborhood. Dings for not giving 5 stars, not the newest nor most updated salon, had me wondering about the cleanliness. I wasn’t offered any nail chips to choose a nail color, so I had to wing it by looking at the bottles- which is not the easiest with gel polish bottles. Because my technician was new there, she wasn’t sure about the price structure, so I worried slightly that the price I was quoted might have been inflated. But again, like I said, overall, it was a good experience and I would go again.

Super basic with a quick massage but little attention to the basic pedicure things like softening the heal or removing any extra skin on my toes. I honestly have never had a pedicure that lacked the basics. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. There are better places out there.

I come with a vision in mind and executes it FLAWLESSLY, the staff is so nice, it is very clean, and super welcoming. Also the little 5 minute massage you get when you get your nails done is everything. 1000/10 would recommend!

Meghana Manis: Pretty disappointed as I decided to go there based on the positive reviews. I had a dip powder manicure and a normal pedicure (price $85 + $15 tip). It was the first time I ever had a dip powder manicure and I was highly disappointed. The manicurist shaped my nails unevenly and I could still see the whites of my nails show through the colour when I pointed this out, she said she couldn’t do anything about it and said it wasn’t a noticeable from far away. I also pointed out that the finishing coat on my nail got smudged and she said it wouldn’t effect it but unfortunately it did cause I now have a rough patch on my thumb. The pedicure wasn’t great either as my nails were filed unevenly. The whole experience wasn’t relaxing and actually quite stressful. I left feeling quite distressed. I did tell the lady at the till about the rough patch on the thumb and she did offer to fix it the next day but I decided not to go back.

Z M: They helped me in the last minute for a new year party at the beginning of December. They made an excellent job with my nails, very professional. It is almost a month, and my nails are not damaged at all. Everyone complemented me for the nails. Mia was the one who did a great job with my nails. And yes, if you have kids, they are kids friendly. They have affordable prices. Highly recommend Le Charme Nail Spa.

Samantha Giselle Ortiz: I’ve been a loyal customer of Honey Nails for a long time, but I wanted to try out ph7 because it came recommended. I booked an appointment with Rita for a gel manicure and pedicure. While I’m happy with the shape of my pedicure, I noticed there was no top coat applied, so I ended up adding one myself at home. Unfortunately, my manicure was less satisfying— my nails look uneven, and my cuticles appear choppy. The atmosphere at ph7 felt a bit unwelcoming/snooty, which isn’t really my vibe. During the appointment, Rita made a few comments that came across as rude. For example, when I asked to keep my nails short, she said, “They can’t get much shorter.” When I couldnt turn my hand any further during my manicure, she made a few comments like , “It’s easy to relax your hand. Look anywhere else but at your hand. You can do it. Good job.” Overall, I didn’t feel as comfortable as I do at Honey Nails. I’ll continue going to Honey, where the staff is friendlier and the quality consistently meets my expectations.
