5 /5 HORSEMAN: I cannot say enough good things about this group and their staff. The only negative I have is, I preferred the old site on Broadway much more, although the parking is better at this new site.
I have always been treated with the utmost care and genuine concern by all the Doctors and staff. And when I call, I get immediate positive results.
I was apprehensive about my longtime medical provider merging with a larger group but so far it has been simply fine. And I like the availability of electronic communication with the facility and the staff via the medical dashboard online, whenever I feel the need to contact them in writing. And I do get very rapid response, if not from my Dr then from one of the staff.
And my personal accolades go to Victor for his absolute professionalism and demonstration of genuine care and concern for the patients needs.
