5 /5 Megan Collett: I cannot express how grateful I am to the owners of this garage for quickly and swiftly getting my vehicle in to diagnosis problems with the engine -with very little time before my cars warranty was going to expire. The expertise and swift actions of the mechanics saved me literally 1000s of dollars or having to junk my car! The owner is extremely patient and through in explaining issues with your car, while educating me on which repairs are urgent and which repairs can wait. Hands-down, the best experience Ive ever had with any garage!

5 /5 Elena Selthun: Ive brought my car here several times and they have always done a solid, as affordable as possible job while clearly communicating what work was done, explaining timelines for future work, and providing accurate quotes. Theyre honest and transparent, and after my car had a dangerously incorrect post-accident "fix" by another shop, this shop quickly identified and fixed it. They even stayed late to get my car back to me on the same day (on a Friday, too!) because the fix ended up being way more complicated and pricey than we expected. It wasnt an ideal situation, but I was so grateful that they were the shop I came to for help.

5 /5 Patricia Lane: The staff were all pleasant and welcoming . The mechanics were busy but appeared to be at ease with each other and customers. The atmosphere was warm but professional. The main office was clean and comfortable at Syracuse Auto Works . My vehicle was assessed promptly and information detailed to me by owner Tim Donahue. I will be making an appointment in the next few weeks for repairs to be made . I was very pleased and impressed with this visit and would recommend them to anyone .

Though I do my minor maintenance work on my vehicle myself, Syracuse Auto Works is the only place to take my vehicles when Any real work is needed. Ive known Tim and his family for decades , and he is honest as they come.
