5 /5 Chris: Taughannock Falls State Park is a hidden gem in the Finger Lakes region and one of the most stunning natural attractions I’ve ever visited. The main waterfall is truly awe-inspiring—taller than Niagara Falls and surrounded by dramatic cliffs that make for amazing photo ops. The trails are well-maintained and easy to navigate, especially the Gorge Trail, which offers a relatively flat and scenic walk right up to the base of the falls. The overlook at the top provides a panoramic view that’s worth the visit alone. The park is clean, peaceful, and perfect for hiking, picnicking, or just soaking in nature. Highly recommended for families, couples, or solo adventurers.

5 /5 Snehal Rg: Very nice park, beautiful waterfall as you can see in pictures. You can view the fall from top & lower level both. Keep on looking for different reptiles while walking on trail. Best hiking shoes recommended. Key highlight- There is EV charging in the park.

4 /5 John Sowden: Beautiful park centered around a massive gorge and waterfall. Several beautiful hiking trails including the main one through the gorge to the base of the falls. The gorge trail is also very flat and under a mile in. The only thing that was disappointing was that the three main trails only all come together on one end so you have to hike the same trail in and back. Even with having to back track the whole way, in and out on the gorge trail is under an hour even taking your time.

Its A Wonderful Life Museum - Seneca Falls

Theresa St. John: This is a marvelous museum (in a temporary venue while permanent one is being renovated) with so many artifacts from the movie. I was emotional walking through, seeing so much from the movie thats touched all of us, the story thats so authentic we can all relate to it. There were/still are so many things I didnt know about the film, it was eye-opening for me. Loved finding out that the remaining actors visit when they can, especially in December, when they celebrate the screenplay for three days.

Theresa St. John: Wonderful place to go and study how the movement worked and progressed over time. We have come so far! And this place shows that. Rangers were there (thank you!) to answer any questions we had. Very interesting exhibits, will go again.

Mossy Bank Park - Bath

Toni Mullen: Mossy Bank is a beautiful place to visit. The playground is well kept and safe. The picnic areas are perfect for small or large get togethers. There are several trails to walk, most are easy for all ages and abilities. The overlook can be accessed by vehicle or foot for great views.

Finger Lakes Boating Museum - Hammondsport

Ceecie Bryson: I’m giving this rating based on location and accessibility, staff enthusiasm, thoughtfulness of displays, historical commitment and quality of materials. This is a fine location for this boat, museum, and they’re reusing a bit of history in selecting the museum building. I hope all of these old Gold Seal buildings eventually can convert to museum space.
