1 /5 Mayra: I’ve been a regular customer at this salon for a while now, but after today, I will not be returning. My experience was incredibly disappointing due to poor customer service and a lack of professionalism.
One of the staff members was rushing to attend to multiple customers at once, including me, while there were other employees sitting idle. This attempt at multitasking resulted in sloppy service for everyone involved.
For instance, she started my wax but left halfway through to work on another customer’s eyebrows without finishing mine. I politely pointed out that she missed areas, but instead of addressing the issue, she continued bouncing between customers. At one point, I was left with wax on my face for several minutes while she assisted others and even handled a transaction for a walk-in. Ultimately, I had to remove the remaining wax myself and ended up overpaying for the poor service before leaving the salon.
What’s also frustrating is their payment policy. They force customers to pay in cash, and they make sure to state their reasons are to avoid charging and paying taxes, which is both unprofessional and unethical.
I’ve given this place several chances, but today was the final straw. It’s clear they prioritize rushing through services to maximize profits rather than taking pride in their work or ensuring customer satisfaction. If I could give less than one star, I would. I’m beyond disappointed.
