5 /5 Kayla C: Dr. Bookbinder and the team here are amazing. My pit tore her CCL August 2021 when she was 1 1/2, thankfully my vet referred me to here. My dog is reactive to strangers touching her and she does not like going to the vet. Her first surgery was a success but Dr. Bookbinder told me to be prepared in case she tears her other leg. He was correct and she needed another surgery March 2022. He used dissolvable stitches so he didn’t have to remove them and stress her out, which would possibly leading to messing up the healing. The second time he allowed me to take her home same day because the first surgery she was so stressed out staying the night. I was in the room when she woke up from the second surgery and took her home. Diane here is so wonderful I have emailed them because she was limping around 8 month after the second surgery and she assured me that the rate of failure is almost impossible and to give it a few days and if she was still limping they would examine her. Thankfully she was right and my girl is happy and healthy! Its been almost 3 years now and if it wasn’t for the scars on her legs you would never know she had surgery. Much cheaper than other quotes I got and he did an amazing job. She is running, jumping and playing like a dog should. I really can’t thank Dr. Bookbinder enough.

5 /5 Carol Nash: Dr. Bookbinder and his staff are the most caring, professional people. They operated on my dog to remove a tumor in his jaw. They explained everything to me so I would know exactly what was going to happen. They were there 24/7 to answer any questions I had and to let me know how my boy was doing. Now he is home healing and doing well. For surgeries on your animals this is the Doctor and staff to see!

5 /5 Nathan Olsen: Dr. Bookbinder and his whole team are just amazing. He has repaired 4 separate ACLs for my dogs with excellent results. Paul really cares about pets, and you can tell he really just wants to help them live long, healthy lives. They patient, answer a million questions, extremely fair with how they handle billing for checkups and meds and such post surgery. They have someone in the building 24/7 taking care of pets who have had surgery that stay overnight, you can call the office and get updates on your pet all night long if you need to, and Ive called Dr. Bookbinder personally at night and on the weekends and he was always happy to mostly just calm my nerves about things that werent a big deal. I am tremendously appreciative of him and his whole teams help. They are not the cheapest option from what I understand, but the level of service and quality of the work is well worth the premium. I wouldnt even consider another option at this point.

alicia marie: The Rehab therapists are the only reason this is getting any stars. Most of the nurses are careless and don’t want to work. They are short staffed. Lights will go off for hours. The food is disgusting. Things will ONLY get done if you have a STRONG advocate. Other wise u are left to rot.

Ranveer Singh: They are one of the worst hospitals. The air quality was horrible. The cleaning staff hardly did their job, they only sweeped a small area of the room and then left. They didn’t even change the garbage. The main reason we went there was because it was the only hospital with a room, I wonder why. My great grandpa was really sick and needed a lot of help. The people discharged him at the 3rd day. I am writing the about 1 1/2 hour after he passed away, he was discharged yesterday. They said he was feeling weak and needed to rest and eat. That is what we did and he passed away on the 8th. I DEFINITELY do not recommend this hospital. If you want the best out of the best and they take care of every single thing, go to Unity hospital.

Chyanne elaine: Im not very thrilled with the "care" Ive had here at strong. Ive been here since Thursday morning due to bleeding while pregnant. The nurses are great, well some. But the doctors are a joke. Im hardly told the same thing twice and Im supposed to trust this entire unit with my care? My IV hasnt been flushed in 15 hours. Im 28 weeks and leaving against medical advice because I dont feel comfortable here. Its not good for my mental health and its causing unnecessary stress. I wouldnt recommend going here. Find some place else.

Joanne Walessmith: Excellent service and professional employees. The worst place in Monroe County for handicap parking. There are spaces, but usually have to wait. The handicap spots are a mile away from the building!! Im grateful for the ambassador assistance which is long overdue. Calling them upon arrival is the greatest service. The ambassador will come to the parking lot with a wheelchair and take you to your appointment. They also will bring you back to your car after your appointment. Im so grateful. Thank You. .

JON MCLEAN: RRH treats patients like there is no other place to go for care. Im sick of being treated like a sack of meat. Today they cancelled a precription for migraine medicine I have had for years, and they didnt even bother to tell me. RRH, you are not the only show in town!
