Sabrina Verbridge: Used to be a great practice, I have had numerous problems getting my childrens prescriptions filled, getting health records sent to school, and have even been told that theres nothing wrong with my kids when there clearly is. My son has gone here for 7 years now and we are in the process of changing offices due to all the negative experiences we have had, and theyre not even making that easy! The receptionist told me they would send out my paperwork months ago for this change and the new office still has yet to receive anything. If your child has a development problem or any type of disability, especially ADHD or autism, I would seriously recommend a different office as this one will just ignore your concerns or try to medicate your child without any other steps

The waiting room is nice and clean, and the staff are very friendly with a good and safe environment. (The security guard makes me feel extra protected haha) It can be hard to find the building, but dont be afraid to call and ask like I did, they are very helpful!

New York Barbie: The nurses always ask intrusive questions about my children every visit and ask if they have different fathers and where they are during my appointments as if they’ve been adopted or something. I do not want to come back to such a prejudice place. They won’t give me prenatal treatment at four months pregnant but contact the social worker for no reason to harass me rather than an ultrasound or any care.
