If you’re 15 minutes late they will make you feel horrible over it it’s certain office staff not all one is nice the other is the complete opposite. They made me feel like a child . Then the doctors on staff aren’t very nice either I wouldn’t say they’re rude but the demeanor needs work and how they talk to people and look at people the nurses are all pretty nice as far as I know . On top of that there is no air conditioning so dizzy spells will be a thing if you’re prone to that in heat . Definitely worse ob office I’ve been to . And won’t be back.

1 /5 Juliana Marie: I wish I could give this place zero stars for real, The first time I went there the lady at the front desk gave me the wrong address and date for my appointment and I went there and wasted my time.. Mind you I was already not feeling good I was still in my first trimester of pregnancy with horrible nausea and moving around to unnecessary places because she gave me the wrong date and everything, they don’t know how to get paperwork done on time it will take FOREVER, I was prescribed a medication that’s dangerous for pregnant women so if you go here be mindful of what they are trying to prescribe you especially if you’re young, I’ve heard a lot from my family and much more people that they love to mess with the younger moms. I switched somewhere else and will never ever go back there

I do not want to come back to such a prejudice place. They won’t give me prenatal treatment at four months pregnant but contact the social worker for no reason to harass me rather than an ultrasound or any care.

Victoria S: I waited about 15 minutes before being seen by Jamie and then by Jessica Urso. Both were attentive and listened carefully. I was also given different options which I appreciate. The only unpleasant person I encountered was the security man at the front door who asked me if I was here for urgent care. I told him yes. He got really loud and asked me again and I said yes. He then opened the plastic door to hear me and I said yes for the 3rd time. He looked so annoyed and bothered. Im coming because I dont feel good not to be treated like crap.Have some compassion/empathy training for him asap.

In the whole health care facility no one could replace the nurse practitioner who blew sick on the cold winter morning. I made the trip without looking at my phone. 2hrs notice to cancel an appointment is a failure on their part

I went to his practice a handful of years ago and the office staff as well as his nurse were not pleasant which was a huge turn off for me. This visit was very pleasant. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I’m glad I went back.
