1 /5 Ricky Pawar: I wish I could rate this salon 0 stars. My daughter usually comes to this salon, but when she went to get a haircut this time, she had a horrible experience. We were greeted with David smoking and drinking outside his salon, and my daughter had to wait for him to finish before he was willing to cut her hair. We showed David a picture of the haircut she wanted and he did not cut it to look like the picture. My daughter assumed after she blew out her hair at home that it would end up looking like the picture. It did not look like it, and we called to complain. David was very rude when we said there was a problem, and said we didn’t know what we were talking about when we said her hair is too short for him to fix it to look like the picture now. We asked for a refund and he responded by saying “you didn’t pay a million dollars for the haircut so I don’t know why it matters.” They don’t value their customers’ money at all, and there is no point in supporting people who could care less about the hard-earned money you’re spending when you could instead go to another salon that actually appreciates their customers.
