christine dawson: I have been using this practice for 30yrs. Unfortunately my recent experience was not positive. I was not notified of a change in providers. The new hygienist did not ask if I was having any issues before starting. I have had “deep” cleanings before but this time I could barely eat for 24 hrs as my teeth hurt. The hygienist did pause to ask if I was ok but at this point I just wanted it to be over and sucked it up.
