Danielle Decker I went in for a route canal I had mercury fillings prior he said we need to replace . So he did those and come to my route canal I was in so much pain crying the assistant wiped my tears but I felt all the pain. I have never had sinus issues or jaw pain now I have everything. I went to fingerlakes dental had to get a tooth extracted bc when they refilled my cavity it’s in my jaw and ruined my molar and today my face is numb on that side and hurts to touch

Allen Wrench Absolutely love this place, dr Chen is great and always makes me comfortable. Dealing with Corrine his only dental assistant gives it such a nice warm welcoming feeling. Makes me feel like family. 10/10 recommend!

Michele Miner The entire staff at Lux took wonderful care of my mom, an Alzheimers patient, who needed some tooth repair. They were all so kind and gentle with her and treated her with so much dignity. They even fit her in for an emergency visit. Wonderful experience. !!

louis friend Went to Dr Carys for a revision on a failed root canal (root canal procedure was performed out of state by a different doctor). The explanation for the extraction/implant procedure was explained to my level of understanding. Dr.Cary was very professional and very kind. From the first "hello"/examination to the final "good bye" after the verification of a successful implantation, I was completely at ease. Office staff were just as professional/kind. Its a GREAT feeling to be taken care of, by a team that values compassion as much as they value doing a really good job. I cannot recommend Dr. Carys office, enough! I am as satisfied with every aspect of my experience as a person could possibly be. Definitely earns a five star status!!!

John Dann Dr. Cary and his staff operate a totally professional and welcoming medical establishment. I liken it to a 5 star hotel with concierge service. From the time you walk in until the time you leave, you are greeted by courteous people who seem to anticipate your every need, which produces a warm, friendly environment. They actually care! No one goes into oral surgery without some degree of anxiety, yet Dr. Cary is able to establish trust almost immediately. He carefully explains the procedure and gives you the rational for why its important, He also addresses any concerns you may have. Then the really impressive part begins. The man is wildly skilled and very efficient! My two wisdom teeth were removed in very short order, and his assistant was giving me post-op instructions almost before I realized the procedure was actually over! Would I return? Of course!

Jon White This place is a godsend. I’ve been twice in the last 4 months for wisdom tooth extractions. The second time was an unplanned, emergency situation as I had been in horrible pain for a week. They had me scheduled the same day, and I was in and out in less than an hour. The operation itself was maybe five minutes for two teeth. Dr Nathan and Nurse Patera are the nicest, most caring and down to earth people I’ve ever met in any medical setting and the work is top notch. I cannot recommend this place enough. If anyone can take away the stigma of the dentist being scary, it’s these people. Thank you.
