5 /5 Sarah Michele: I have taken my car here a couple times and they always do fantastic work. I was driving my car a hour away before to someone I could trust until i tried walt’s and they truly are there for their customers. if you’re a woman and trying to find a reliable shop that won’t try and screw you over because you’re a woman, this is it. they truly just want to give you the best service and make sure you leave happy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. also huge shout out to Larry for taking care of me after i recently got into an accident. he empathized with me and truly helped someone in an awful situation. I didn’t cry when i crashed my car, but i did cry at the kindness of him and helping me through it all.

5 /5 Leah Krawiec: I cannot say enough good things about Walt’s. My boyfriend brought his truck here for a body repair and they did such a great job and got it done fast. When I hit a deer with my car I knew I had to go back to them. Lary is absolutely wonderful. So friendly and super helpful dealing with insurance companies and speeding things along. When insurance totaled the car he cleaned everything out of the car for me and made the process so easy. It’s a very clean and nice facility and everyone that works here is so kind! Definitely recommend for anyone with automotive needs. Thanks Lary!

1 /5 Sarah Pollak: Do NOT bring a car here to be checked out before buying it! I was in the process of buying a used car and brought it here for a general inspection. Whether or not I bought the car largely came down to how this shop rated the safety and longevity of the vehicle. The guy said there was a little rust on the bottom, but the frame was solid and the car could last years if well maintained. I told him I planned to drive cross country in it and he said he didnt see anything that would cause a problem. I bought the car. I took it in to the dealership for state inspection and they said it cant pass inspection due to the amount of rust and a significant rusty hole on the bottom. No way to fix it. How these guys at Walts missed such an obvious issue is beyond me and it should be very concerning to anyone who brings their car here. I either paid them for incompetence or to be lied to.

5 /5 Kaitlyn Guptill: I cannot say enough good things about Walt’s. We’ve been coming here for almost 10 years, and today they provided automotive service and support unheard of in 2025. After multiple attempts to repair my vehicle at a local dealership service center, the only reason being the vehicle was under warranty, and dramatically failing, Walt’s was able to get us in quickly, diagnose the problem, and help us with a plan to get the repair done. As always, they were kind, honest, and direct about the issues and cost. I would rather pay for their work than work with a dealership and repairs under warranty. This is where you want to bring your vehicle, from the work they do, to the people they are.

5 /5 Emily Laeng: Driving through from Cleveland and check engine light started flashing. Found them on a whim and explained our situation. They were full that day but let us drop in, squeezed us in immediately and had our problem figured out and car fixed within a few hours and I was back on the road. Beyond grateful.
